Sage felt a delighted grin cross his face in response to the girl's surprised gasp. Her giggles were fairly amusing too, to say the least. A happy grin crossed his face when she kissed him, and only seemed to grow when she kissed him again. He wrapped his arms around her waist when she wrapped hers around his neck and hummed lightly in agreement. "It's definitely a family vacaation one of these days," he chirped. "But for now, we have all week to have all sorts of fun," he chirped happily.

Mari gave a happy sounding hum when his seems were wrapped around her waist. The way the sea weaselled it's way through the them seemed to feel wonderful... everything felt wonderful. "Family vacation?" She asked with a delighted grin. Man, she'd make sure that their children were spoilt senseless. They have more than she could have ever dreamed of, and she'd make sure of that, her parents had tried her hardest for her and her siblings... but these kids would never had to work, and they certainly wouldn't end up im a tavern as awful as the one Sage had ended up in. She then grinned at his second comment, jumping up and wrapping her legs around his sides with an amused yelp. "Fun, huh? All kinds of fun?" She asked with a bit of a smirk, clearly excited about well.. everything.

Sage chuckled lightly and nodded. "Sure," he chirped. "Might not be here exactly...the queen might not like that so much...but we could find a nice beach somewhere to spend as a family," he hummed. It would be a long way away...they were nowhere near ready for that yet. But, it was something to plan and hope for. It was nice to think about. He grabbed Mari when she wrapped her legs around his waist, making sure she didn't fall over into the water, and nodded with a delighted laugh and a twinkle in his eye. "All sorts of fun," he promised with a giggle. "Whatever kinds of fun you want." He was most definitely looking forward to this, too.

Mari nodded happily to him. She had a very clear vision of what she expected the next few years to look like. Perhaps they'd have a nice little destination they'd revisit with the kids... hell, how she hoped they'd have another one. She knew the pregnancy would be tough, but she was expecting it now... she knew what she was to do if she was in pain, or throwing up, or anything like that. She could handle herself, and Sage could be a bit more relaxed now too. She wondered if they could get this little art business up and running as a side hustle for Sage too... it would bring a bit more money in for them, and they'd manage to do some more nice things just themselves. She wondered if she could get an extra job at a tavern as a cook or something... that would bring in some extra cash, too. She grinned when Sage wrapped his arms around her, her eyes just brightening more. "I mean... we do have an awfully big bed... and a beach all to ourselves, too. Wonder what we could do with all that," she hummed quietly before pecking his lips playfully.

Sage could see the girl thinking, clear as day. She was obviously excited about everything that was happening, or had the potential to happen. He did hope for another baby...he certainly wished it was possible. The doctor had said there was still a chance she could get and keep a pregnancy....and oh, how he did hope they could manage it. He felt a smile form on his face in response to the girls comment and hummed in pretend thought. "Why don't we go find out something to then," he told the girl, eyes glittering daringly as he tightened his hold on her slightly and tilted his head up towards her, just barely.

Mari smiled happily when he poked his head up at her, and leaned in to peck his lips again. "Well, rather than something why don't I find someone," she mused lightly before pecking his nose again, tightening her legs around his side. "Let's go dry off first... carry me, my trusty steed," she mused lightly, squeezing his side the way she might to a horse... mainly because it amused her. It was early evening now. She hadn't realised how long they'd been sleeping, but it was certainly needed. And wanted. The bed was huge and she'd never been able to sprawl out that way before... it was clear she'd enjoyed it, mainly because she'd struggled to wake up at all from her sleep.

Sage chuckled lightly and then giggled playfully when she squeezed him like a horse. He imitated a horse whinny and bounded out of the water as fast as he could, really just playing around at this point. They'd get to the bed....but right now, he was her trusty steed. When he got out of the water, he shook just like a horse would to dry off, though he kept a hold of Mari so she wouldn't go flying, of course. They had dried off soon enough, and were back in their room before he knew it. He was excited though....they hadn't done anything like this in a long, long while.

Mari squeaked at him when he started running out the water, her arms tightening around him as he moved to shake, letting out of laugh when he went to shake. "Sage!" She yelped at him before giving a bit of a giggle. She stayed wrapped around him until they got to the room, where she let her legs drop down, though her arms around his neck happily. "Good boy," she joked to him before moving to peck his lips happily. She was shaking s bit grin gripping into him so tightly, but still was just grinning up at him happily. They hadn't done anything in a while... they hadn't meant to not do anything, but she certainly was excited for this now.

Sage let out a tiny cackle of sorts in response to the girls squeaky yelp. He let the girl drop to the ground, letting his hands rest on her hips lightly as she moved to peck his lips again. He chuckled lightly and gave her a wide grin. "I'm the best boy," he chuckled lightly, really just joking around. He'd probably have a bit of bruising from the girls hands, but it didn't hurt, and he certainly didn't mind. He sort of walked backwards, wrapping his arms around Mari to drag her back with him and flopping down onto the bed.

Mari kind of stumbled back with him, a happy hum escaping her as her head flopped back against the soft mattress with a grin, one that just hadn't left since the day before. Sage still looked wonderful, too... his haircut had let you see his face a little more... and she loved him regardless of his looks, but it was nice to see her husband, especially on their wedding day. "You know what we didn't do on our wedding night?" She asked with a bit of a chuckle, rolling over so she was hovering next to him, her lips gently brushing against his neck for a moment before sitting back again with a happy grin, moving to lean up against the cluster of pillows on the side.
