Sage let out a half asleep chuckle at her comment and hummed lightly, a soft smile drifting onto his face in response to her peck. "Maybe I'll be nice this week and let you get off easy," he hummed as if thinking about something hard. He cuddled up into her happily, though, closing his eyes. He fell asleep pretty quickly...he'd been up and running around for a while. But it had been a wonderful day, so he certainly wasn't complaining about anything that had taken place that day. He was excited about what the rest of the week would bring too....but for now, he was more than happy just to cuddle up with Mari, his wife, and rest.

Mari slept comfortably before sighing softly, her chest deflating as she rested. She slept happily... there was a soft breeze coming though her face, and she light scent of the sea was so wonderful... she was so going to drag Sage down there in the morning. It wa since, though... all of it was. At some point, she'd moved from wrapping around Sage to hugging onto a pillow, laying on her stomach, one leg nearly up to her shoulder and the other one stretched out so that she was kind of starfishing. She'd quite literally never been more comfortable... it was nice for sure.

Sage slept well, very well, and when the morning sun woke him, he peeked up at the window with a light yawn before squinting over at Mari. He chuckled when he noticed her sprawled out on the bed, shifting over slightly so they were still pressed up together and closing his eyes again with a soft huff of air. It was still somewhat early...and they didn't have to get up. They could sleep in all week if they wanted to. Which was honestly a nice feeling to have. They could do nothing but lay in bed if they wanted to, really.

Mari gave a soft groan when the boy pressed against her again, kind of pushing him away with the leg that she'd pulled up. It was safe to say that she was enjoying having a big bed... her bed was fairly small, and to be honest, it was a surprise that both Sage and her would fit in it. She let out a bit of a breath as the sun started to shine through the windows and into the room... it made the whole area seem to light up orange and yellow, it was so beautiful. Or, she assumed it would be, but she was too lazy to open her eyes. She didn't need to worry about Silas, or Amber, or work... she could just relax, and it was really quite wonderful.

Sage grunted when the girl half shoved him away again, though he sort of just rolled over onto his stomach and continued to just lay there. It was nice to have such a big bed, and a lazy morning. He did want to cuddle a bit, but he supposed they'd had all night, and they had all week to do whatever they wanted. Besides, the girl was obviously comfortable the way she was, so he didn't really mind. Getting shoved to the side was rather amusing, really. Eventually, though, he forced himself to look over at the clock to see what time it was, and was rather surprised to see that it was already almost midday. Apparently, they'd slept longer than he'd thought. Whatever, it didnt really matter...it was just a bit funny.

Mari eventually drifted off to sleep again, well, kind of in that state of being half awake and half asleep... she let out a heavy breath, then stretched from her starfish position and smiled happily when she saw Sage next to her. She babbled something unintelligible before moving to wrap around Sage, her head on his back and he lay on his side. He was here... her husband... gosh, it was so odd to think that he was actually her husband! Though, she supposed she'd have to get used to it in the next week or two. She gently trailed her fingers up around his sides. "Morning," she huffed quietly, a bit of a smile flashing across her face.

Sage hummed lightly in response to Mari's babble when he first heard her, and chuckled softly when she curled herself around him. "morning," he hummed back lightly. "Decide I'm better than the pillow finally," he teased the girl lightly. He really didn't mind if she moved to the side ....a bigger bed was very nice...but he could tease all the same. It was fun....and no doubt she'd tease him all week, about a bunch of different things.

Mari nodded gently in response to him, moving a little bit so that he wasn't going to have to sit there with his head in a pillow. "What? You weren't jealous of the pillow, were you?" She joked softly to him before curling back around him once he'd flipped over. She was comfortable, though... warm, and it was really quite nice. There was a bit of a breeze, which was of course wonderful. She was still sleepy, but happy all the same... it was nice, really nice. And, she did want to go down the beach later that day, so that they could explore the area a little bit.

Sage chuckled lightly, wrapping his arms around her again. "Maybe a little bit," he hummed lightly in response to her tease. He wriggled around a bit until he was more comfortable and then settled down again with a soft huff, just sort of looking up at Mari happily. She was his wife...he'd waited so long for that to happen, for him to be able to call her his wife. And now they were finally married. He couldn't seem to look away from her face....she was just so pretty, with the morning light showing off the highlights in her hair, and the bright green of her eyes. She really was just the most beautiful girl he'd ever met.

Mari chuckled sleepily, opening her eyes for a moment, only able to grin at him when she sat his eyes on her. "It's rude to stare," she joked softly before slipping a hand under his shirt and holding onto him tightly. "What's the time?" After a couple of moments, the girl asked, then smiled. "I want to go down the beach later... I've never been before,£ she mused lightly to him before looking up at him with a small smile, then moved to peck his lips happily. "I want to see the world with my husband for the first time," she hummed happily to him.
