Sage opened his eyes when he heard the girl squeak happily, watching her bounce out to the balcony that had previously been hidden. He groaned slightly when she called him out, though there was a chuckle there too. He didn't mind getting up...but the bed was cozy, and they'd been up for so long, doing so much. He slid out next to the girl, breath hitching at the sight of it all. Not just the beach...it was absolutely gorgeous....but Mari's happy face lit up with the golden afternoon sun was what really drew his attention. She was beautiful...really, he couldn't think of anything prettier. She looked like a angel of some kind ...maybe she was. She was certainly his angel. She'd saved him enough for it to be pretty darn valid. He sort of just watched the girl for a moment before sliding up next to her and reaching out to hold her hand. "It's beautiful," he hummed lightly, though he still hadn't looked away from her.

Mari stared out at the ocean for a few moments, taking it all in... she'd never actually been to the seaside... she'd never seen the ocean, or been anywhere like this. When she thought about it, she'd never left that little village... it was either the castle or her home, and she'd never been anywhere else unless it was accompanying the queen. She'd never been anywhere like this, and it was clear she was so happy to be here. She let the soft breeze run over her skin, the warmth and silkiness of it more than wonderful. She looked over to Sage when he took her hand, and could only let her smile grow at the sight of him... the sun was bouncing off his features, sharpening and defining every aspect of them... his eyes just seemed to glow so brightly in the sun, and it was wonderful. Her gaze softened slightly as she looked over him, leaning forwards to gently peck his lips. "It's wonderful... thank you, for all of this," she whispered after a few moments.

Sage hummed lightly and felt his normal goofy smile cross his face in response to the girls peck. He nodded happily, a light chuckle rising his his throat. "I told you you'd like it," he noted in a rather amused tone. He hadn't known exactly what it looked like before, but if the royal family stayed here, it had to be nice. They stood there for a bit, watching the sun sort of start to set, until it got darker. He turned to Mari to press a kiss to her cheek. "Why don't we start getting ready for bed," he hummed lightly. They'd been up early, and then had been busy all day, and now it was night again. A good night's sleep would do them both good. They didn't have to sleep right away....they could sleep in...but it was a good idea all the same.

Mari nodded gently to the boy with a bit of a smile. "You did say that, it's true," she mused lightly to the boy before shaking her head with a bit of a chuckle. "This is just more than I could have imagined," she mused softly. She looked back into the horizon, the sun slowly starting to dip behind the sea that just seemed to keep on going for miles. It was gorgeous, it really was. She smiled slightly when he pecked her cheek and squeezed his hand a little bit. They'd had a busy day... and sleep did sound more than appealing. It was their wedding night, yes, but on the same hand, they had all week... if he wanted to do anything now, or once they'd readied themselves, that was fine, but she wasn't in any kind of hurry for anything to happen. "Yeah, let's do that," she hummed gently before slowly wandering into the room again, which was huge. "Come on my gorgeous groom," she mused lightly as she went to go through her bags to see what he'd packed.

Sage chuckled lightly at the girl's comment and nodded with a hum. He'd packed everything they'd needed...and then double checked he'd gotten everything they'd need. And triple checked, and checked....a lot more times. But she had everything she needed, and a few more dresses and things the doctor had added in there for her. He'd seen some jewelry and hair things and other stuff too. Small bits and bobs as an extra gift. He grabbed pajamas from his bag of clothes...really it was just his normal Tshirt and trousers he slept in, but whatever. He wandered towards the bathroom, more than ready to get the styling gel out of his hair and get to the bed. "You're welcome to join if you want," he hummed lightly to the girl. He didn't really care if she did or didn't....it would be somewhat quick either way so they could rest.

Mari got changed fairly quickly, though just found herself starring at her dress... man, it had to be the prettiest thing she'd owned... she needed to look after it, for sure. She hung it up, and really just stole one of Sage's shirts to sleep in... it was kind of big on her, so was comfortable enough. It smelled like him, too, which was nice. "Oh, no, it's fine," she told him gently before watching him wander into the bathroom. She went to let her hair down, taking the clips and jewellery out, and placing them carefully on the side. One sorted, she flopped down on the bed, not even bothering to get under the covers. It was too warm for that... and resting on the covers was of course comfortable. Her cheeks still hurt from grinning, and a light smile was still on her face as she rested on the cool white sheets, hugging onto a pillow as she waited for Sage to replace it.

Sage shrugged in response to the girl's comment. That was fine with him...he meant he could get in and out quickly. He didn't turn the water on any warmer than lukewarm temperatures, since it was rather warm out, so there was no need for hot water. He showered quickly, and dried off and got changed soon enough. He shoved the dirty clothes into a pile in the corner of the room, before deciding he should probably take care of the outfit and laying it out nicely on the counter so it wouldn't get all wrinkled up or anything. Then he wandered back out to the other room, flopping onto the bed next to Mari. "You stealing all my stuff now," he asked with a light chuckle when he noticed that she'd taken one of his shorts hostage.

Mari sat comfortably for a while, in that half state of awake and asleep before she felt the springs of her bed bounce as Sage flopped next to her. She shuffled over to replace the pillow with Sage, her smile flashing lighter again. "Do you not like it?" she asks with an amused chuckle before shaking her head. "It's comfortable, my love," she mused after a few moments, resting a hand on the side of his face and pulling him in for a gentle kiss, then soon enough settled down. "Besides, what's yours is mine, no?" She asked with a small chuckle, a hand wrapping around his side and gently playing at the edge of his pants... she didn't expect anything to happen, but it was amusing to her all the same.

Sage chuckled lightly at the girl's comment, rolling his eyes as he wrapped his arms around her. "I suppose so," he hummed. "Though some things I might make you work for, just a bit," he teased her lightly when he felt her hands move along his pants line. He didn't care one way or the other what happened tonight...if she wanted to start something, he'd be more than happy to, though they both seemed a bit tired to do much. Either way, it would be a good night. And, well, they had a whole week....he'd seen his fair share of the girls more flirty side, in due time. He was definitely curious to see just how 'bad' she could get.. he'd seen snips of it at the castle, of course, but now they were alone.

Mari hummed quietly in response to the boy leaving her fingers through the edge of his pants... well, it was comfortable to say the least. The bed was cool, and comfortable, and she'd left the doors to the balcony open so that she could hear the soft waves of the sea. "You're so horrible," she huffed softly to him before pecking his cheek gently. "I think I work for more than enough," she huffed with a quiet sigh. She was tired... very tired, so she was happy to be around him. She moved to wrap herself around him with a happy smile, happy to be next to him for a short while. It was cool, comfortable, and she was so happy. She just felt so whole about the whole thing... and it was late now, so she just tucked her nose into his collar before settling down happily, slowly drifting off to sleep.
