"No fuck you." Caden replied as dragged the mans body behind a dumpster.He walked inside,neck starting to bruise and forearm lightly bleeding. "huff Rose,you ready to go?" He asks.

"Y-yeah. You okay?" She asked, looking him over. She nodded when she saw the cuts and bruises. "Let's go home. Now." She said, grabbing the keys from him and taking his hand, leading him to the car. She drove them both home and sat Caden onto the couch, looking him over again. "Holy shit." She said, leaning on his not hurt side

Caden was clearly lost in thought on both the way home and at home. "Rose uh,two things.One,im going to be fine.Just some small cuts.Two....

"Why the fuck?" She asked, thinking back on the last few weeks. "Maybe.....Never mind, you don't want to hear this."

"I don't know thats the thing that has me scared!" He expressed. "Maybe what?I do want to hear,just so I can find a solution to getting rid of it." Caden softened his voice as soon as he felt rage coming up,remembering discussing with Rose that he could be scary when angry.

"No. You'll get pissed off." She said, looking down. She sighed and told him quietly. "Maybe it's about last season?" She quickly shut her mouth but didn't leave in fear he might get upset

"Rose its better to tell me.Its better to be safe." He diffled.Once Rose said, 'last season',Caden went quiet. "Could'nt be." He finally admitted quietly. "They were sentenced to life in prison."

"Yeah." She agreed quietly, not saying any more than that, worried he would think too hard on it. "I'm gonna go get changed." She said, getting up and walking upstairs and putting on shorts and Caden's shirt again

"Alright." He answered.His mind raced like a flooded river,thoughts like rip currents in a ocean,pulling him out.Who could it be? That was the question.He became so paranoied that he did'nt move nor respond to any noises or movements,he was to deep in thought.

Rose came back down the stairs and sat on Caden's lap. "You alright?" She asked, tracing his sleeve
