"Eh, only when they get wet or if somebody presses directly on them, like on purpose," He explained, her hand warm against his skin as it trailed around the wounds. Her lips sent a shiver down his spine as she kissed his shoulder, the corners of his lips upturning slightly into some sort of grin. "Missed that, definitely missed that." Gale murmured, chuckling lightly as he turned back over, the sun casting over the both of them through the windows, it's rays dancing over his skin as the shadows clung to his features, exaturating them even more than scars and cuts already had. The man looked back out of the palace, mind drifting for a moment before he glanced back at Selene still close to him, unable to supress the sly smile that formed.

"Good.." She was relieved to know they didn't have any excessive pain. That meant they could clean him up and dress the wounds and not have to worry with any luck. A grin curved her lips as he commented on her little kiss, her heart fluttering again. "Luckily for you, I'm more than happy to give you all the kisses you've missed out on," she teased, though she meant it too. She moved and let him turn back over, his body a treat for her briefly wandering eyes. He had always been fit, but now he was more than just that. Her gaze returned to his face to find that sly smile that made her smile. "What're you thinking about with that mischievous smile of yours?" She asked, smiling as she remained close to him.

Gale chuckled at her talk about making up kisses, fairly fond of the idea. "Really? Might as well start today, then." He mused, hearing her next words and grinning a bit wider as he tossed his tunic off the bed and onto the table beside it. "What am I thinking?" He asked, arm sliding from her shoulders to around her waist, fingers drumming against her side for a moment. "Nothing much, just beating your father to a pulp the next time he yells at you for no reason than his own entertainment. And you, specifically of how insanely gorgeous you are." The man said simply, pressing a kiss to her neck, pulling away as he caught her eyes briefly wondered over him. "Hm? What're you eyeing, princess?" Gale asked

Selene giggled, having not quite meant it, though not opposing the idea either. Three years of kisses in need of making up for, even more if they counted the years of mutual pining over each other. She listened to him talk, her grin growing as he talked about his thoughts and his wishes for her father. She had no doubt a day would soon come where he'd have to resist the urge to beat her father into a pulp, and to be completely honest, she wasn't sure she'd stop him if he tried. His comment about how gorgeous she was, however, made her blush and grin, especially as he kissed her neck. "Oh.. just you, my heavenly husband," she admitted, her hand trailing over his bare abdomen, tracing the lines of his body. God, she couldn't get enough of touching him.

He chuckled low as he always did when she spoke, the faint smirk still remaining on his face as he responded. "'Heavenly' is a..." Gale trailed off, a wave of pleasure crashing over him as she traced her hands over a specific line, causing him to shiver lightly. "bit of an overstatement." He mused, looking over at her and kissing her lips before pulling away once more. "But when I look to you and say you look like an angel, technically i'm not wrong. You're the most pretty thing i've ever laid eyes on, sometimes i'll wake up and see you and my eyes will hurt because you're that gorgeous." Gale murmured, the words true in his mind.

Selene feigned a brief "oopsie" look when she made him pause and shudder, making note of the area she had just brushed over. She'd keep in mind what he seemed to like, of course. She hummed softly, kissing him back before he had pulled away. "You're so sweet to me... But as for you.. You're my happy place. A safe set of arms to sleep in. My calm. My cloud nine. You make me feel as if not a thing in the world could go wrong as long you're here..." she told him, explaining her reasoning in finding him to be heavenly. He was her personal slice of heaven and salvation. "And... you look like a god while doing it. I truly believe I'm the luckiest woman in the world," she admitted, pressing a feather light kiss to his neck this time.

He huffed a laugh when she feigned a 'whoops' look, shaking his head lightly as he realized he was most likely doomed afterwards now that she knew of his weakness. Though he smiled warmly at how he made her feel safe, glad at least one of his goals had been accomplished within their marriage. The man stretched when she called godly looking, doing so just so his muscles could ripple slightly, acting as though he hadn't done anything. He looked back up at Selene, watching her for a moment with a smirk. "Must say, you think I look like a god, I still have to pinch myself everytime I see you to make sure i'm not dreaming." Gale mused, doing so to his forearm without breaking gaze with her.

Selene would certainly use that knowledge to her advantage in due time, though she knew to mind her manners until she was ready for him to figure out exactly what made her tick with pleasure as well. She just knew that all the blissful torture she dealt would find its way back to her. Selene openly watched as he made his muscles ripple as he stretched, her grey eyes drinking up the motion. "Luckily for the both of us.. neither of us is dreaming and can stare or touch however much we please without the moment being ruined.." she mused, gliding her hand slowly across his abdomen again teasingly slow. It still certainly felt like a dream everytime she looked at him, but he was perfect and he was there.

Gale grinned as he saw her watching, agreeing with her words. "Yep, whatever we wa. . . Selene," He managed, tone light as the same waves came over him again. The man caught her gaze for a moment, it flicking to her lips before back to hers, then away, staring at something not there. His breathing came short now as she glid her hand across his abdomen, Gale stiffling back a groan. He looked back over to the expression on her face, kissing her harder than he had all day as he slipped a hand under her top, searching.

Selene watched him intently, warmth flooding her as he spoke her name like the gentlest of warnings and praises. She could feel the way his muscles tensed as he held back that groan, a growing sense of satisfaction over coming her as she toyed with her beloved, tempting him. His rougher kiss made her gasp, her free hand tangling into his hair to pull him closer, deepening the kiss. She groaned softly as she arched her chest against his touch, his hand warm and palm rough as he touched her soft skin. "Gale.." she finally murmured in turn when their lips parted, her breath coming out in soft pants.
