"Hey!" She snapped back at him "I am not personally responsible for your friends." She retorted narrowing her eyes at him before she sat with him "I'm not like the other royals..." She told him "My brother isn't really either he just... he's trying to do what's best... as I'm sure you've seen were not a particularly large kingdom..." She explained "But according to him everyone is watching us... waiting for us to do something against the norm because we're young... I mean my brother was 15 when the crown was placed on his head..." She pointed out "He wants to hold onto what little we have... Just the same as you." She pointed out "But I don't see why we can't get along or why you can't try to ammend your mistakes..." She told him "The laws are wrong and I hate that I can't do anything about it simply because I'm a girl." She spat.

"They were'nt just my friends!" He snapped back, fuming. "Every single royal i've ever met has disgusted me,i'm sure your no different.Even if he has a crown that does'nt make him any better." Gale growled, "You call this 'little'?This is'nt even little! This is bloody average!" He says, turning opposite from her, pulling his cloak on. "The reason I don't 'ammend my mistakes' is because they were'nt mistakes, they were survival.Meaning i'll never appologise for them, not now,not ever. And that's that." He snaps, bow and arrows slung over his shoulder, him walking into the underbrush but appearing back minutes later. "Maybe if you can prove your different,i'll consider it.Doubt I ever will." Gale says, walking back into the thicket.

Adeline narrowed her eyes "I saved your ass didn't I?" She asked raising a brow at him and crossing her arms "Name me another royal who would have done that and then you can say we're all the same." She told him.

"Yeah,so what? Can't name another but I can name many more.Ones who felt pity enough to resuce them and then turn them in,getting their asses beat even more." He snarls, crossing his arm. "But I suppose you could be different.Maybe." He says, glaring at him.

The young women sighed "I'm sorry that happened..." She told him gently "Look... if you want me to leave you alone... I will... But let me at least show you how to avoid the majority of the authority around here." She told him "And before you tell me no... remember that I beat you here." She smirked.

"Fine." He says, sighing. "I slightly, trust you enough to actually not run into the thicket.Show me then." He says, rolling his eyes and gethering his materials.Gale gathered the extras he had, packing them into pockets he had, storing the cloak on him, pulling the hood up.

"Good." She told him before she led him off in another direction to her reading spot "I come here to read... you can store stuff here if you need to... I'm the only one who is ever out here... I suggest you do so for now while you're learning the pathways..." She explained as she ducked under the little opening in the pine tree branches. The space was actually pretty roomy... and there were plenty of places to hide just about anything book size or smaller with plenty of nooks and crannies in the tree for it all.

"Good," He says, taking the bow off and setting it inside. "Thank you. It,will be appreciated." Gale says, softly smiling while he sat down, earrings gleaming, taking his hood off.

Adeline nodded and waited for him to empty his pockets before she ducked out from under the tree and headed off with him. From the outside she showed him a little hole in the fence covered with dead bramble bushes... it was hard to spot even with it bare and almost lifeless wasn't easy to spot or get to "Imagine when the bushes are fuller..." She commented with a smirk as she carefully squeezed through... the already was still covered by trees (mostly pine) the town was hardly visible from where they stood it was hard to imagine anyone spotting them from there when they could barely see past the array of pine trees. She walked along a little ways until they reached a little creek just wide enough for their feet to go, right now it was stiff with ice but she informed him that in the spring and summer if he followed the creek to this point not even dogs would be able to find his scent. As she showed him the path he'd begin to realize that it went behind nearly every building in the town... and eventually that it led to a secret entryway into the castle "The tunnels through here are old and full of cobwebs... but if you ever need to you can duck in here." She nodded.

He stood, following her to the fence line. "Just like the one in Iekburgg." He muttered, looking at the area around them.Gale nodded his head everytime she spoke,a grin etching itself onto his face. "Good, those dogs will rip me to shreds as a excersise." He only half-joked. "I'll always have to make sure there is'nt any guards but, seems well, for now." Gale says, peering into the hallways.A knife finding its way to his hand. "Well, thank you for showing the spots Adeline. As of now I must get going, find food for the night.Until next time I spot you I should be here.Have a good day, princess." He says, grabbing the knife in his hand and darting into the woods, sliding down the iced creek with ease, sprinting after.
