After Ella had left she went straight to her room, grateful for being inside and all in all a lot warmer. She washed, mostly washing the blood and dirt off her hands, ate a couple pieces of fruit to tide her over and eventually, fell asleep, a little more content than she had been being down with the hostage. The next morning Ella woke up quite late, havig been so tired when she went to sleep. As she peered outside she raised her eyebrows, looking at the rather torrential rain pouring down. The weather really was bipolar. She scanned various people still running around outside, a couple men torturing someone and the usual goings on of their group no matter the weather. Just as she was about to pull back she spotted the sametwo men with a board heading down towards the boy, clearly going to collect the corpse. She bit her lip, knewing just by the looks on their faces they were planning on hurting him again, though she could have sworn her father had told them to be careful. They were clearly not careful. She quickly got changed, not bothering to pull her jacket on, and made her way to the top of the stairs, just standing inside to listen in. The two men didn't have a clue Ella had followed as they shoved the door open, doing the same they did before. They loaded the body onto the board and covered and strapped it, before leaving it there to go and see the boy. It didn't take long for them to speak. "You best answer our questions today boy" One of them growled, bringing his sword out from the holster. His eyes travelled down to his chest, surprised as the lack of blood and the cleaner wound that he could see. The other guy placed a hand on the boy's arm, picking his hand up. "Who let you free?" He asked, dropping the previously chained up hand back onthe floor.

Sage had slipped in and out of a light sleep through out the night....and while it wasn't a good sleep, it was much needed, so he took what he could get. Once it started to get light, and hot, out again, he sighed, knowing he was up for good by now. He sort of moved to sit up, and lean against the wall. It hurt, but he'd expected that. Just as he suspected the same men would be back, to collect the body and torment him some more. When they did arrive, he simply grunted in pain when they grabbed his hand, his shoulder area where they'd broken his collar bone protesting the movement. "Someone much higher ranking than the lot of you two," he drawled, never even opening his eyes, as if he didn't give the two men the time of day. Like he didn't care that they were there, or that he was mentally preparing himself to be nearly beaten to death again. "You're just a couple of drowned rats," he added with a cocky shrug, noting the water dripping onto the floor from their clothes and hair. The tightening of his eyes was the only sign that his hand hitting the floor again hurt. Other than that, he stayed slumped there with his eyes closed. It wasn't a tired slump though....it was a I could care less that youre here sort of thing. Like he was bored. And they knew it, and it would make them mad. And they still wouldn't get any answers.

Ella couldn't help but wince at the boys reply to the two men, knowing that would anger them some amount. She listened as the voices arose slightly, peering down the stairs from around the corner. The stronger of the two looked to his friend, standing up straight with a small huff. He simply just muttered "Ella" and looked back down at the boy, his eyes flashing a little. "Whats your name?" He asked, his hands surprisingly kept to himself. The assumption of Ella seemed to keep him a little restricted, though his partner was virtually the opposite. The man crouched down as the boy insulted them, looked him in the eye for a brief couple of seconds and then booted him, rather hard in the stomach. From looking, he had used full force. The sword was placed very firmly against his neck, drawing a small amount of blood, which dripped from his neck to his chest. "I dont care whether you tell me, Ella or her father the information, but you will." He hissed, keeping his voice down. The only sounds that could be heard after he finished talking was the rain pouring it down. The man then stood up, moving the sword down to his stomach." Perhaps I should carve the question into you no?" He asked, watching as his partner simply stood, his hands crossed. After that sentencd, it didnt take Ella long to rush downstairs. At the sight of her, the man with the sword stood back, pushing the blade into his stomach just a little before putting it back in his holster. After she explained, somewhat nicely, they both went over to collect the body, leaving her stood to watch them.

Sage had scowled up at the men, slowly opening his eyes and giving them a bored look. "Different questions today," he mused slowly. "Give up on the others already," he asked, tone turning to slight mockery. Of course, he'd met the man's eye when he'd crouched down next to him, and would've made another snarky comment, but by then the man's boot had hit his gut, knocking the breath out of him and warning a pained yelp, which he cursed himself about pretty quickly. He would've fallen over then, trying desperately to get his breath back in a at least somewhat subtle manner, but by then the sword was on his neck, and he had to steady himself with his side that had the broken bones. It didn't help much with things, but he was suddenly glad he hadn't eaten anything for a while, because of he had he definitely would have thrown it up. Of course, he would've aimed for the man who'd hit him, but still, he was glad it hadn't happened. Of course, when the sword moved down his body, all he could do was curl his lips into a sort of snarl, still unable to talk from the earlier blow. Surprised when Ella came down the stairs, all three of them went still for a moment before the men dropped him. Of course, the blade had cut him, but it probably wasn't deep enough to need stitches or anything, which he was grateful for. He wasn't sure what the girl was doing here, but he was definitely glad she'd come when she had. Not that he'd ever admit that. He'd sort of just sunk to the side, hunched over as he tried to catch his breath while the men left, eyeing the girl warily. "What, decide doing it yourself would be more fun," he gasped, now able to form a few words.

Ella stared at the boy as he spoke, his usual sarcastic comments filling her ears. She sighed, pinching the bridge of her nose. This was hell. "You're actually insufferable." She muttered, looking at the bleeding on his neck, bringing up a little smile as she did so. "If only they'd gone a little deeper" she muttered, staring down at the wound on her stomach. It was a darker red than usual, and you could see a couple of the blood vessels running from the wound. She winced a little as she traced her finger along it, looking at the blood on her finger before dropping her hand. "I think my fathers coming to see you today" she spoke, her usual sarcastic tone dropped. For once, she sounded as if she was just having a normal conversation. Her father was usually quite the violent type, though Ella had some feeling he would be the opposite with the boy. He needed him alive, and woukd most likely be sucking up to him to try and get the information out. Or, make Ella do that. She swiped the bucket that he had used the night before, looking at the water, which was a very light red colour now. She poured the water out in the corner, watching as some of it trickled down towards the boy's legs. "Are you planning on insulting him greatly too, or?" She added, continuing her own sentence after quite some time. She figured she might aswell stay down here until her father got there, or she would only have to engage in conversation with him inside.

Sage couldn't help but chuckle in response to the girls first comment, a slight smirk forming on his face. "Thank you, I try very hard," he noted, though it was still rather sarcastic and not at all an actual thank you to the girl. He rolled his eyes when she wished they'd cut deeper but continued to smirk over at the girl, moving into a sitting position like he'd been in earlier, having now gotten his breath back. "Awe, come on, you'd miss me too much," he teased, cocking his head slightly when she said her father was coming down to see him. "Oh, so they're bringing the big guns in now," he mused, leaning against the wall tiredly. "Good to know. I'll prepare some extra special comments for him," he added lightly. He watched the water from the bucket trickle along the floor, and couldn't help but imagine that at some point or another, it would be his own blood doing that. Because of he kept this up, it's what would eventually wind up happening. He shoved the ugly thought from his mind though...they still needed him alive, for now at least, so he'd manage. He did wonder why the girl was staying though...it wasn't like he cared too much what she did, but he was hurting, a lot, and soet of juay wanted to rest.

Ella turned round pretty much on her heel as she heard what the boy was saying, raising her eyebrows at his comments about her fathers arrival. His reaction had left a lot to be desired, and worried her slightly in the process. If he wasnt even the tiniest bit worried, then there was bound to be a slight problem. "Can you not just comply for once? Do you really have to be that..insufferable all the time?" She asked, using the same insult as before. He was beginning to get to her, and it was becoming harder for her to find things to say. "You'll just make it worse for me too" She muttered, her words quiet as she made her way to the corner to peer up the stairs, looking at the door at the top of the stairs swinging open. The boy was essentially free, both doors open and due to the rain, no one up there to stop him. Still, he didnt look like he would exactly be running anywhere any time soon. A little more time passed with Ella simply stood there, her arms crossed to keep in the warmth, before her father came down. He wasn't all that different looking from the two men that came down before, just more scars and a hell of a lot taller. She stepped back from the bottom step almost in fear as his feet hit the ground, doing her best to dart away and up, though her dad had other ideas, with a simple "Stay." And at that, she sat herself down on a concrete block across the room, hr gaze trained on the boy. Her father, Davi, didnt seem all that angry or irritated as he usually did. In fact, he seemed distracted. "Sage, right?" He asked, standing over the boy as he spoke. Ella smiled at the mention of the name, knowing hse could at least use tat to mock him.

Sage had snorted in response to her comment, shrugging his good shoulder slightly. "What else should I do? Sob my eyes out and spill all the crappy details of my life out to you and make the both of you extremely uncomfortable," he grumbled, though he did catch her comment, and raised an eyebrow slightly. She couldn't see him, of course, but still. He glanced the man who arrived soon enough....her father, no doubt. They had the same face. Just....she was prettier than him. Not that he was calling her pretty, mind you....but the man was exceptionally ugly, in his opinion. He raised an eyebrow when he snapped at the girl to stay. What was her name? Ella? That sounded right. He cocked his head when the man spoke to him, looking him up and down slowly, as if he were bored and really could not be bothered with his visit. "If you already know that why are you even asking," he finally snorted, resting his food arm on a knee that he'd propped up casually.

Ella put her head in her hands when Sage replied, only looking up to watch her fathers reaction. Davi didnt seemed phased in the slightest though, he gave a small smile and carried on staring at the boy, his eyes travelling down his body. He stopped at the rather bad wound on his chest, tracing a rough, broken skin finger along it, which was bound to hurt just a little bit. "I thought I told you to be careful with him?" Davi said, directing his gaze towards Ella, who simply just didn't reply. In fact, she seemed more interested in the patterns that the water was making on the ground, most likely a distraction from the conversation in front of her. Her father turned back to face Sage, essentially pulling him up, jerking his body about like it was a piece of wood. He was a...strong guy. "You look like you need stitching up, boy. Your father knows you're here. As long as you comply with our demands we can send you back. If not, whats left of your little group will be taken down. You and your father along with it." He sighed, beckoning for Ella to come over. She stood up, surprised at the lack of questions, raised voices or even conversation between her ftaher and Sage. Then again, her father did look a little distracted. "Take him upto the nurse, and don't let him go." He said, letting go of the boy once Ella had taken his arm. She let go of Sage for a couple seconds, seemingly disgusted by the thought, but regrabbed his arm in fear of him running away.

Sage had scowled when the man touched him....he didn't appreciate the whole thing, despite the fact that it hurt. There was just no reason to be touching him. "Tell that to your men," he snorted, rolling his eyes slightly. "With her own wounds I doubt she could do much to hurt me," he added with a shrug. He wasn't even insulting the girl....it was just true. She needed a bandage or soemthing. He'd seen how she was managing the wound. As in...she wasn't. Not really. He pulled a sharp intake of breath into his lungs when he was jerked upwards, his entire body screaming in pain. He bit his tongue though, determined not to make a sound or show any weakness to the man. Of course, at his comment, he laughed. He just straight up laughed. "You act like if I tell you everything you won't still kill everyone," he growled. "I'm not stupid, I know how these little groups work," he added. "You'll get no information from me." Of course, he raised an eyebrow when he told the girl...Ella?....to take him to the nurse. "Whatcha so worried about, big guy," he crooned, a sly smile crossing his face. "Someone out to getcha?" Of course, he was taunting the guy, trying to figure out what was going on. But the man obviously had something more important than him to deal with....which meant it was very, VERY, important. Like an attack. The girl was towing him away by then though, despite her intial disgust at touching him. He followed her around, limping slightly but knowing cooperating with the nurse would be a good idea.
