She looked down "I'm sorry Tyler, i thought i could do it... Maybe you can teach me?" She asked with a twinkle in her eye "I want to be able to understand you" she smiled

"That's a bad idea." He snorted. "I didn't even do it at it's 'worst'. Most people explain it as the 'southern cowboy drawl'. Don't ask me why... I don't know." He chuckled slightly, tilting his head slightly. "Also.. it isn't really something you learn. You either are born with it.... or you aren't. You do mostly learn it from the people around you, but that's listening at a very young age. What took lots of time and practice is me learning how to talk like... you. A normal person." Tyler's eyes twinkled slightly as he explained. Every word was true... it was very hard to just, teach.

"Oh.. I understand" She got up and went upstairs to perform some tests

He shook his head silently, holding back a snort. No one REALLY understood. He watched her go upstairs, then stepped back outside and walked the perimeter of the cabin to keep himself busy Edited at April 15, 2023 11:57 PM by Wild Warmbloods

she would work on some projects sighing to herself "im NOT normal! Im so sick of people assuming stuff just because apart of the royal family.. Here i am hoping my bodyguard wouldn't 'assume' im normal since he wasnt from around here.. Yet i was wrong, it's like he's known me my whole life but we've only met this morning" She accidently dropped a glass of liquid which shattered "Just great! That took me months to make!" Zelda bent down and started to clean up the broken glass

(Okay, just the tiniest bit confused, sorry. Are you a little angry because you are NOT normal... and I said you were normal, or are you a little angry most people think you are not normal... and I said you were?) - As Tyler heard glass shatter he bounded up the stairs in two leaps, peering over the steps. "You okay?" He asked quietly, looking at the broken glass Edited at April 16, 2023 12:26 AM by Wild Warmbloods

(oh sorry, maybe I should've been a bit more clear, so she is mad because so far everyone thinks she is 'normap' but she doesn't consider herself to be. Sorry again for the confusion) "Y-yes I'm fine... I just dropped something that took me ages to make... Now I gotta start from scratch" She took a deep breath to calm down, she was clearly angry because she wasn't careful with her glass, looked at Tyler "Yes, I'm ok.. thank you Tyler" She continued to clean up the glass with some gloves because the liquid was slightly toxic to human touch

Tyler shifted. He could tell she was slightly angry about something else... he ran through what he had said in his mind that might have offended her. Aha. He had said he didn't talk like her.. a normal person. Tyler completely did NOT understand this.... he didn't understand women at all. Why would they get offended by that? He shook his head and cleared his throat. "...I never meant you were normal... I just meant you talked differently than me, and that the way I usually talk sounds weird... I didn't mean to offend you, if that is what I did. I'm sorry." Tyler sounded like he was wording that very, extremely carefully. He nodded and disappeared back down the stairs, heading towards the open door. In fact... Tyler HATED apologizing. ESPECIALLY when it was for some thing he didn't do, or didn't understand. Still.... when you are stuck with someone for who knows how many weeks, you need to be on their good side.

Zelda sighed "It's fine, no need to apolagize.. I shouldn't be getting worked up over dumb things like that, you must think i'm so stuck up or something" she said with a emotionless face "Lot's of people do, its hard to act like my.. self when im around my father, he's super judgemental, and you dont sound weird when you talk, im just not used to it thats all" Edited at April 16, 2023 06:02 PM by Hyrule_Stables

Tyler heard her faintly... but he was already outside. He stood by the door, waiting and watching... silently
