He ignored her, but he felt terrible. He needed to get his point across, and he feared the only way to do that was to at least bite her or show her he wasn't afraid to. He couldn't keep running away like this...

"take 1 bite of the grain! just a single bite!" rose tried to coax him into eating the grain

"You need to leave me alone. This is your last Warning" he snarled, running to the woods where he ate by the fence. He felt anger boiling inside of him

"he needs to calm his stonky butt!" rose said to herself
|
|
|

she followed and tossed some grain to him then walked away eating the rest.

He growled and kept eating grass, just ignoring the mare. He didn't even sniff the grain, laying down again with a grumpy expression

she mare rolled her eyes and laid down hoping the stallion would lighten up.

The stallion stalked away to make sure he was out of view from the mare, and laid down with a (hurumph) He was angry, to say the least. All he wanted was to be left alone.

The mare herd a gate swing open and she ran. She bolted out of there to get to the gate.
