Jessie looked at her before walking inside the door hoping not to get attack but this again he didn't Jessie looked around before looking at the guy yep the same guy in the market how funny is that Jessie didn't know what to say only said " hi sir " as he bows since he really never met the king

Daniel turned and nodded a greeting to the shopkeeper from earlier. "Close the door and take a seat," he says as he gestures from the door and Jessie to a chair I front of his desk. He then sat at the chair behind the desk and waited for the man to sit as well.

Jessie said " okay" as he closes the door and walks over to the chair and sat down before looking around and then back at him was it rude to stare but he didn't have anything else to stare at so what of it Jessie sighed and said " I don't know what I am doing here just a pour guy try to make life on the streets "

"That's exactly why you are here," Daniel says in his stern, blank tone, "I want to give you a better life. I want you to come work for me as my personal assistant. You will just follow me around and help me with all of my activities. A pretty simple job if you ask me."

Jessie broke out laughing and said " you need a assistant to help you out what happened to the other guy " as he looks at him knowing if he took it he would be out but then again he would do it for Billy to get him to a better place and said " very easy job I don't think I had a easy job before"

"He wasn't a permanent assistant. Just sent in by the council to help me find one," he explains, "if you take this job though I will promise you food, clean clothes, and a nice bed to sleep in as well as a nice payment. I will also send money to whoever you want that needs it as long as you work for me."

Jessie through for a while before saying " fine I'll take the job but I want half of my paycheck to go to a guy name Billy understand " as he was making it clear to him that he didn't need a full paycheck or want ever they called it Jessie looked at him before looking away and looks right at the desk and through - no more being beaten up - as he smiles a little bit

He nods and writes the name down on a slip of paper with some ink. "It's a deal then," Daniel says and holds out his hand for him to shake, "you may call me Daniel by the way. And you are?"

Jessie shakes his hand and said " name Jessie but you can call me Jess if you want to that is nice to me you Daniel " Jessie through it was weird calling Daniel well Daniel not king or highness

He nods, "Nice to meet you Jessie. Your sleeping quarters are in the room right beside this one. There are spare clothes on the closet already for you to wear. You may go there now if you wish."
