| Reason I don't have a picky pad is I'm not sure it's a good enough replacement? Like it gets the picking but it doesn't have the same sensations, if that makes sense. |

| it's taken *years* of therapy work for me to figure out things that make it easier to deal with, but it never goes away and there are days (weeks, sometimes) when it's a long string of "downward" progress. but that's life, we just gotta be able to live with ourselves at the end of the day and try again tomorrow |

| I've mostly left my hair alone thankfully but I feel you on the lips. It's my scalp as well, and when I was a teenager I went through about a year of pulling the skin off the soles of my feet. Hurt like a bitch to walk sometimes but I was too embarrassed to say anything because how the fuck do you explain that |
