I have 'capture 3 PPP horses' where I already caught one and 'capture an EEE with visible silver' - which I have managed so far at every capture event since this quest exists - only without ever having actually gotten the quest for the event, so now I'm keeping those 2 for the party and the 3rd one has to make me go by until Thursday.
