"I told you plenty," he whined, letting out a kind of yelp as she continued to tickle him. "I already told you I was taking care of packing everything," he yelped. "Don't worry about it!" Then he added, "like a week or so," to it. He wriggled around some more, halfheartedly trying to block the girl's hands. "Unfair! This is unfair treatment," he whined, though it was playfully....he didn't mind, and really it was all kind of fun.

Mari shook her head at him after a few moments, still messing with him a little bit. Well, fair enough... he was wanting to keep it a surprise. She could still mess about a bit. She had to admit, she was excited to have a bit of time alone with him... she loved Silas with everything she had, but the two of them didn't really get the chance to be a new couple before everything happened. She wouldn't of had it any other way, but that alone time was certainly important for the two of them, even if it was just a week. She let him try and block her, kind of letting it happen, but still going on with her little pokes. "How is it unfair?!" She yelped to him with a laugh.

Sage was perfectly happy to wrestle with the girl a bit ...though, he was sort of letting her win, and they both knew that. "you know I'm ticklish," he whined in response to her yelp. "You're so mean to me," he huffed dramatically, though his eyes were glittering with amusement and he had a wide grin spread over his face. It hadn't gone away since he'd flopped down on the bed with her...he really was looking forward to their honeymoon. It would be wonderful to just spend some time with her. That, and he was curious about how she'd act when it was just the two of them. What she'd say. He'd heard snippets of it all, but she'd said she could do more, all day, and he wanted to hear it.

Mari couldn't help her laugh to him as he tried to bat her hands away, though it wasn't much of an effort. She moved to grab his hands and pushed down with a bit of a grin. "I do know you're ticklish," she grinned happily. "But I'm not mean," she grinned at him before shaking her head and leaning in. "But I could be if you wanted me to," she told him in a slightly more teasing tone. She really was just amused by this... but it was fun to play a little.

Sage gave the girl a fake pout at her first comment, though his eyes were still glittering with amusement over the whole thing. He raised his eyebrows and hummed slightly at her second comment though, and cocked his head slightly. 'you could, could you," he hummed. "And how, pray tell, would you do that," he asked the girl.

Mari hummed thoughtfully before leaning a tiny bit closer. She cocked her head a tiny bit as she thought before shaking her head. "Well... I suppose we'd have to figure out what means actually is," she mused before pecking his lips gently. "Then, suppose I'd have to start by making the worst dinner I possibly could manage," she joked to him before hopping off him and starting to pad towards the kitchen... of course, she wouldn't really make something purposefully awful, but they did need to eat something... they had quite a big day ahead of them tomorrow.

Sage chuckled lightly, a soft smile forming on his face when she leaned forward with another kiss. He gasped dramatically when she said she'd make a gross dinner, though he soon got up and padded after her happily. He supposed it would be good to eat a decent something before going to bed. It would help them fall asleep better, and they certainly wouldn't eat until the wedding food came about, so they'd better eat a good meal now.

Mari padded to the kitchen happily, grabbing some things to make a cold dinner... it didn't have to be much, just a little bit. It didn't take long, and she soon had plates on the table for the two of them. She stood beside Sage with a soft sigh, gently massaging his shoulders before resting her head on his. "I can't believe you were actually expecting me to be mean to you," she huffed with a bit of a laugh. "Don't tell me you want a mean spouse," she then hummed lightly. Mari was a multitude of things... but mean? It wasn't particularly one of them, but when it came to certain things, if he asked nicely then the chances were that she'd say yes.

Sage followed the girl into the kitchen happily, and helped out with what she'd let him go out with before plopping down onto a chair. He leaned his head back slightly so he could see the girl, and hummed lightly when she rested her head on his. Then he chuckled at her other comment. "I don't think you could manage to make a bad meal," he informed the girl lightly with a bit of a laugh. She wasn't a mean person...if she did somehow manage to make an awful meal, shes probably feel bad about it and make something special up afterwards.

Mari sighed softly to the boy before shaking her head. "I think you'd be surprised," she mused lightly. She rested happily, her head on his shoulders they ate they soon up. She washed and got back to her room soon enough, though... flopping on the warm bed and curling up under the covers, her arms tightly around the boy as she buried her head into his neck.
