Sahe hummed lightly and let out a chuckle at the girl's obvious enthusiasm. He was just as excited...he really was, he just wasn't awake yet. Not really. He nodded thankfully when the girl offered to go bring breakfast to their room, and he rolled over and closed his eyes again, letting himself wake up a bit more before stirring again. He was awake enough to sit up and take a plate by the time Mari got back, though he was still a bit groggy. That was normal though....he always took a while to wake up. When nothind was wrong, anyway. He took the plate full of food eagerly...he did love her cooking.

Mari hadn't really made anything for herself... she was too excited to be able to do that. She'd made Sage some food, but it didn't even cross her mind that she needed to eat. She sat down next to him, practically buzzing. She was in a completely different mood to him... she knew he was excited too, but she was a bit more... showy about it. She gently bounced on the bed as she sat there, more than eager to get going. They had people doing everything the way it was, but she could always help... they really just had to drop the ribbons off, so they could have gotten up later... but she was like a child on Christmas when it came to this sort of thing.

Sage noticed Mari didn't make anything for herself, but he decided to give her a pass this once. She was obviously excited, and wanted to get going, so he ate quickly and patted her thigh. "Let me get dressed and then we can get going," he hummed lightly. He was still a bit groggy, but getting up and moving would soon fix that. But he didn't figure anyone would be thrilled to have him in pajamas while setting up for the wedding. He was back at Mari's side soon enough, pretty much awake by then, the basket of all their stuff in his hand. Mari practically grabbed his free hand and yanked him out of the room. They dropped Silas off at the doctor's ward, since the old man had volunteered to watch him while they set up. The trip was smooth, and they reached the clearing soon enough. Mari's family was there, to help set up, though Xander saw Amber at his heels and made a beeline to pet the cat.

Mari bounced along to the location, looking more and more excited. Her mother was busy setting chairs up, and Mari could only squeak at the sight... everything coming together. Her mother had decided she didn't want to see it all finished, though... and told Mari to get what she needed done then leave. She'd get to see the place on the wedding day... her mother really did seem excited about all of this, though. So, she grabbed the basket from Sage and started to slip the bows around the chairs, and wrapped a few of the spare ribbons around some of the trees... it was rather pretty already, but her mother then shooed them out, much to the girls disappointment.

Sage felt a grin form on his face at the sight of the little clearing, and then it only widened at Mari's little yelp of excitement. He helped set some stuff up, and then the two of them practically had to drag Mari away. Amber ran after him happily, after Xander said bye to her. Sage had made a lot of decorations, since was artsy, in secret while at the barn, but her mother was going to actually set everything up. He was most definitely excited to see how it all turned out, he really was. The queen was going to help Mari get ready the next morning, and the doctor would help him. Everything was all ready, now they just had to be patient enough to wait that long.

Mari gave him a happy looking smile after a few moments. She wanted to help, but she was too excited to worry about anything. She was so glad her family were doing this for him... it was early, very early, so she was just happy to be done. She had someone helping her tomorrow... and so did Sage. Well, the queen said she'd help her, but really she meant the rest of her maids would help the girl and she'd comment on it all every now and then. But that was fine. She didn't care... she was just so, so happy to be marrying the man she loved so incredibly much. She was happy. She looked over to Sage after a few moments and pretty much bowled into him with a happy grin. "We're getting married!" She squeaked happily.

Sage, in all honesty, wasn't expecting the girl to almost bowl him over. He was thinking about the whole thing...the wedding...and almost startled and fell over when Mari kept at him. He kept on his feet though, and chuckled at the girl's enthusiasm. "I know," he chirped happily. "I'm going to spend all day being impatient," he chuckled. He didn't have to work for a while....the queen had said to take their time off, and she'd have a guard take care of things at the barn while they were getting ready and were away. Which was nice. He wrapped his arms around the girl happily, as best he could with Silas in one arm, since they'd picked him up on the way back to their room. But now they were back there, and he didn't know how he could possibly wait all day and night, and then tomorrow morning. He was normally an impatient person but this....this he definitely couldn't wait for.

Mari hummed gently to the boy, wrapping her arms around him happily before taking the child from him and placing him in his cot... he'd need a bigger one soon. He'd gotten big pretty fast... well, he was nearly a year old now. And babbling words. Well, kind of... he still hadn't said a full word yet. She leaned over the bed happily, gently tickling the child's stomach so she could get a laugh. "Yeah, Mommy and Daddy are getting married," she babbled in a baby voice... she was so, incredibly excited to finally be married to the boy... and that excited had only just hit her.

Sage chuckled lightly and flopped down on the bed, looking over at Mari playing with the baby. He could expand the lads cot with some boards from the barn once they got back from their honeymoon and got back to work. He chuckled lightly at her comment, finding all the excitement amusing, even though he was just as excited as she was. He was so excited to finally marry the girl...he'd waited a long time for this.

Mari watched the child as he fell asleep, gently rocking the crib as he drifted off... she smiled happily at Sage after a few moments, jumping before scuttling over to the bed and going to perch on his lap happily leaning forwards to peck his lips, then flopped over to the side with a bit of a grin. "You got anything planned for your last night as a free man?" She asked with an amused chuckle... she hadn't planned much... she needed a good night's rest, because god knows she was way too excited about all of this.
