Rose heard a noise in the distance, bringing her out of the moment. "Caden, did you hear that?" She asked, panicked now that she didn't have any weapons on her. Before she heard his response a man, with multiple other men encircling the couple, pointed a gun at Rose's head. "One move and she dies, Mr.Ortiz" The man snapped, smirking cruelly. "Or worse" |

Caden froze, having gotten shoved to the side so he wasn't able to grab her. The color drained from his face, and his eyes widened. The man's cruel smirk snapped something in him, though he didn't try to attack them. Caden's eyes narrowed, glaring at the man holding Rose. "Your silence isn't appreiated, Mr. Ortiz." The man hissed, Caden staying silent. "You told me not to move, so i'm not." He snapped, the man rolling his eyes and digging the end of the gun into Rose's head. "Sarcasm won't get you anywhere, either." "Then what do you want? Money? I got plenty to spare." Tick Tick Boom. The man went to speak, though Caden heard none of it as he planned how to get the gun away. He grabbed the gun, dislodging it easily after many years of experience. "Ooh what's down the chamber? Sure hope i'm not involved in any of this since you guys are clearly wanting my wife." He mused, joking around and looking down the chamber before pointing it at the side of his head. "Damn, this thing hurts to be fair." Caden laughed, not seeing the men as they grabbed his arms. "HEY FUCK YOU." He barked, yelling things I'm not going to say since i'd get banned and leaving the men staring at him. "Anyways, what's the holdup?" |

Rose tried to keep her fear in check and ground her teeth in growing pain as the gun pressed harder to her head. Her breathing quickened dangerously, her pulse turning off and on rapidly as her heart skipped over it's own beats. Rose was soon pinned to the ground hands behind her back as the side of her face was pressed against the floor. She thrashed but all to no avail. The man holding Caden back chuckled. "Remeber Luke Riverton? A couple buddies of his want a word with your wife." He spatted. "She may also be a nice bargain chip for quite a few clubs I know once you're taken care of. After all, Mr.Riverton was quite the influence in our line of work..." |
