Sage hadn't expected there to be servants there, so he cocked his head curiously when she mentioned them before waving off her concern. "Mari will probably want to make the meals herself, like she's been doing. We won't be there long...maybe they can all have a vacation or something. We'll clean up," he mused lightly, though he nodded in response to what she was asking...it was fair. He was basically asking to use her house, so keeping it clean was a fair request. But, it wasn't like the two of them had much...he could pack everything they'd need to bring in a bag so they could leave right after the wedding. He shook his head and hummed in response to a carriage. "No, that's alright. Mari isn't a fan of horses, but she's grown used to Chaos, so we'll use him," he informed the woman. Chaos was his, so he could do as he pleased with the horse. It wasn't far...the stallion could get them there and back.

The woman nodded slowly to them. "You're meant to be relaxing. They're there if you need them anyway to look after the place," she told him lightly. "And the girl likes her cooking, but you don't really want her to feel like she has to cook for you every night and morning - again, the cook is there if you need it. He's better than what's here," she told the boy with a soft sigh. If she'd gotten a honeymoon, one that she enjoyed, she wouldn't want to be looking after Anya, or cooking for her brand new husband every night... it was meant to be fun and lively and romantic. But again, she wasn't Mari or Sage... the two of them were likely to want very different things from her. "Just try and have fun."

Sage hummed lightly and nodded. "Once we get there I'll ask what she wants to do," he promised the woman lightly. Her comment about the cook being bad at the castle brought a slight smile to his face, and he nodded in agreement with her. "We will," he chirped, thanking the woman before he left her to finish her work. In all honesty, Anya was probably already impatiently waiting for him. Sure enough, his friend was already waiting at the gate. They headed down to the tailor's shop, both of them eager to find something. They were there for a while, and they found a light shirt that Anya said would match the theme and Mari's wedding dress. Apparently, she'd asked the girl about it to make sure they matched. Either way, they also found a black jacket with golden buttons that Anya said looked really good on him. That combined with the dress shoes was quite a bit of money...more than he would have spent on anything but their wedding. They were back soon enough, though, and he stashed the clothes away at the doctor's office before popping back into the room. "Can I come in or are you still doing very important wedding stuff that I can't see," he called to Mari, joking lightly as he popped his head in the door.

The woman nodded lightly to the boy before going back to whatever she was doing before. She knew he was a bit nervous of her... but she was the queen, most people were nervous of her, and for good reason. But she was growing to like the boy a little bit more... and he seemed pretty comfortable around her, too, which was definitely nice. She liked Mari well enough... probably because she was a bit younger than Anya, and it was like she'd had her little girl back when Mari had first joined the castle staff. But Anya had grown up very quickly, while Mari still had a kind of childlike innocence about her... it seemed to draw the likes of the Queen in. So she would have pretended to like the boy for that reason alone. -

Mari jumped a little at his voice, but turned to him with a grin before padding over and giving a bit of a smile as she wrapped her arms around his neck happily, gently going in to kiss his lips gently. "Nothing you can't see yet," she chirped happily to him. The bed was convered in pretty smart bows to tie to chairs, so she'd clearly been hard at work on something.

Sage chuckled lightly at the girl's comment and wrapped his arms around her waist, his usual grin forming on his face in response to her kiss. He hummed softly and looked over at the bows with a slightly cocked head. "Hard at work I see," he chuckled lightly, releasing the girl and tugging her back over to the bed. "We can finish these up and then take a break," he suggested lightly. They finished them rather quickly, and he put them all in a box and set it on the floor before turning to wrap his arms around mari and flop down onto the bed, dragging her down alongside him, a silly little giggle coming from his mouth. He'd been heasitant to do something like that for months since she was hurt, but she was perfectly fine now, and it was nice to be able to play about with the girl again. He was certainly ready to go have some time to themselves...she'd said she could sweet talk him all day before, or something to that extent, and they'd joked about having different types of fun, but he did hope it went that way. It had been so long since they could just screw around.

Mari nodded to him happily before shrugging. "Yeah... I've only mad a few. Not that there's many people coming though," she mused softly to the boy. That was fine, though... she'd never wanted a big wedding, not with Sage... there were a few people she was wanting to invite, other than her family, but she did want her husband to be to be comfortable. This was his day as much as it was hers. Everything else was pretty much perfect so far, so she didn't want to ruin it airy a few more people. She was more than happy to have his help, too... she certainly needed it. Once they were done, she flopped down next to him with a small laugh... she'd been expecting herself to hurt, but surprisingly she didn't... it was nice. She'd not been able to do anything in... a while, really. So being able to play around with him a little bit was always nice.

Sage chuckled lightly and buried his face in the crook of the girls neck happily. He was glad to have some time together...to just play around for a little bit. It didn't have to get intimate or anything, it was just nice to spend some quality time with the girl when she wasn't hurting. It had been so long. She'd been pregnant for a while none months, and then hurt after that for quite some time, and she'd only been better for a little while before she'd gotten hurt for another long bit of time. But she was finally alright, and he was certainly glad about it.

Mari chuckled lightly when he buried his face into her, and gave a small smile, gently entwining her hands in his hair. "What's up?" She asked in amusement, gently running her hand up and down his side in a kind manner. She hoped he was happy enough... she knew she hadn't really been as affectionate as she could have been recently... she'd been busy with everything else going on, but she knew she had to give him a bit of time too... things hadn't been easy when she was injured, or when she was pregnant, but they were figuring out how each other worked a bit more now.

Sage chuckled lightly at the girl comment and shrugged. There wasn't anything up....he just wanted to cuddle. To spend some time with the girl. That was it, really....it had been so long since they could just be together without Mari being hurt or tired or...well, something bad. And that wasn't anyone's fault, it was just how things had happened. "Not much," he hummed. He felt a smile grow on his face when she mentioned her fingers in his hair and her hand started moving. It was all so comforting, and he snuggled in a bit more, a happy hum rising in his throat. He was just glad to be with her. They'd both been so busy, and before that she'd been hurt and then pregnant. Hopefully, they could stay healthy for a bit. All these of them...Silas was perfectly healthy so far, and was asleep now. He knew the boy would get sick eventually, but he hoped it wasn't soon.

Mari looked at the boy with a cocked her, pecking his head gently. She put a little bit of pressure on the back of his head, a small gesture of love to the boy. She supposed he'd just want to feel a little bit lover for a while... spend some time with her. They spent nights together, but they didn't really just sit together when they had the time... mainly because they never had the time now. That would change soon enough, though, once they were married and got a bit of time to themselves, wherever they were going... if they were even going anywhere.
