Lorelei had stayed in bed reading all day. When she heard him come home she ran downstairs and flung herself on top of him, hugging him.

Kai chuckled, surprised. "There's my girl!" He exclaimed happily, pecking her cheek. "How was the day without me?"

"Boring," she mumbled against his chest. "You should've stayed home and cuddled with me," she poked his stomach.

"Hey!" He said, tickling her. "Look at me. We can take a trip to make it up to you. Wherever you want, say it and we'll pack tomorrow?"

Lorelei squealed, giggling as he tickled her. When he stopped she looked up at him hesitantly "Actually... I want you to meet my dad,"
