He stood and walked onto the back porch, the chilly morning air biting at his face. The winter wind blew, causing him to shiver. Max sighed, slipping his eyes shut before opening them back up as he faced the rising sun, showing he'd hung on another day, now all he had to do was hang on for another, and another after that and so on, and all would be well. Maybe.

Kylie woke, getting up and wandering downstairs to find Max. "Hey babe,"
| |

"Morning," He murmured, smiling softly at the sight of her.
| |
| |
Kylie smiled. "Howd you sleep?"
| |

=Terrible, was awake for most of the night before getting maybe 20 minutes.= "Eh, slept fine, how about you?" Max asked, glancing back out.

| |
"Thats good," she hummed. "Excellent, especially cuddling with you,"
| |

He chuckled warmly at that, snaking an arm around her waist and pulling her close before pecking her lips.

Kylie smiled, leaning up to kiss him. "How is my handsome man feeling?"
| |

"Actually, pretty decent. How's my beautiful girlfriend feeling?" He asked, smiling softly at her.
