Sage thought for a second and then nodded once, shortly. If it came to war he would help. It did effect them all, and since he was more powerful than Roxie now that he killed her, she would have to treat him well...she would need him if it came to all our war. "Don't worry, she'll know how to defend herself. And if we need to fight, I'll help. But only because it effects us all." |

Roxie gave a nod "Alright..." she said before she headed off. Maxine looked at him her blue eyes pulsing with alarm "Could that really happen?" she asked worriedly "Everything could be reset?" |

He flopped back down on the bed and shrugged. "I don't know, it's never happened before," he admitted. "And I naturally think the lowest that can happen will happen. It shouldn't happen, and it shouldn't be anytime soon if it does happen. I hope." |

Maxine lowered her gaze slightly "Comforting..." she murmured lightly in a somewhat teasing manor with a sigh "Then... while she's sleeping... teach me like you were before." she nodded "Please?" she asked. |

He smiled softly and nodded. "I will, don't worry. I do want you to be able to fight and protect you and Charlie if need be." He knew that humans could be creeps as well, so self defense was always good to know |

Maxine nodded "Can we start now?" she asked curiously "We can move the couch aside and everything." she said looking at the time "We've still got some time before Charlie wakes up." she told him. |

Sage chuckled and nodded. "No time like the present," he chirped. He knew they had time, and the more she knew the better. He stood up and started pushing furniture to the side of the room. |

Oh my gawd I am so sorry I haven't replied D: I saw you had posted and I thought I had already lol I'll get a post up now!) Maxine nodded happily "Exactly my thoughts" she said joining him in sliding the furniture out of the way "Alright... So... Should we just pick up from where we left off?" She asked curiously once they'd gotten the furniture cleared. She was ready for this... In fact she was a little excited even given the circumstances... It had felt so exhilarating even to attempt a simple move when they'd practiced last. |

(haha it's all good, no worries! I was pretty busy yesterday so I wasn't on much anyway XD) Sage thought for a minute and then nodded. "You've gotten faster and stronger so I want to see what you can do with what I already taught you." He tossed her a big wooden spoon and held up one of his own. "These will be our weapons for now," he giggled. "Ok, I want you to try and pin me, or just even knock me down." |

Sorry again so much chaos lol) Maxine caught the spoon easily and nodded "Okay." She said giving a nod she thought briefly about her move before she closed the distance between them... Never once did her eyes leave Sage's as she knew that was the first thing he'd look for... When she was entirely human her eyes betreyed her movements... So she decided not to give them away at all. She moved with intense purpose only thinking about what she wanted to do rather then much else... When she'd closed the distance she quickly put up a sideways block over her chest and stomach with her right arm covering a portion of her stomach as well as her heart and using it as a buffer to both shield herself and/or to get an unexpected blow in using the butt end of her spoon to try and hit him in the neck. What she didn't realize however was that with a human side attached she didn't have the strength that Sage had... So when her blow landed it felt to him like a regular human hit... Not something demonic and absolutely positively not even close to the beating he took from Roxie. |
