Lucille finished packing up her things before walking out and over to Leim's truck. She ran into her mother on the way. She glared at her and gave her a look, but didn't say anything. Lucille just looked down and walked over to Leim. |

leim grabbed her things and put them in the backseat then went to the passenger side and opened it for her |

Lucille threw a weak smile to him and went to get in, but her dad came over. Her dad just hugged her. Dad : "Stay safe, sweetpea..." Lucille almost burst into tears but she swallowed and nodded. "I will, dad," Dad : "Promise you'll come back to visit a lot?" Lucille nodded. "Of course... I love you dad" Dad : "I love you too, sweetpea," They let go from the hug and Lucille got in the car, looking out the window, watching her dad and waving as they drove away. |
