Zephyr snorted slightly, looking amused. "Manners? What are those? I'm just joking around." He teased, then followed her to the door, carrying her softball bag. He could tell why she dragged it. The thing probably weighed 20 pounds. At her question he tilted his head slightly. "Do you want me to stay? I can." He answered, quickly making the calculations of how mad his parents would be if he disappeared for an hour, or two, or three. At four hours was when it started getting dangerous, and if he was gone for five or six then his father would probably come after him in military style with a missile launcher, but anything before that was probably okay.

Sophia smiled shyly "yes please. We can escape before my parents bombard you with questions. There's a small living room area upstairs. We can hangout there. " if her parents knew Zephyr was here, he wouldn't be able to get to the first step before they started their interrogation, making him spill all of his secrets before he left. Sophia crept up the stairs. Then dropped her bag beside her bedroom door, going over to the small couch in the middle of the room. There were three doors, one for each room. He either siblings were here there and everywhere, but she only knew that Ryan was working. Soph kicked off her shoes and plopped them by her bag. "Soo..." she sat on the small sofa, her feet tucked under her.

Zephyr nodded, the slight happy feeling buzzing back. He laughed a little at her words- typical parents. "Good thing it would just be questions! If our roles were switched and you were me, my father might actually kidnap you, and or point a gun at you and tell you to skedadle." He snorted. "Good thing he's nicer to girls." Zephyr joked and walked inside, glancing around before silently following her up the stairs and setting the heavy bag beside the one she put down. He then walked over, still gazing around. "Your house is even nicer on the inside." He commented, sitting down on the other side of something. (I dunno how it is arranged xD) "Soooo you speak, I'm socially awkward." He snorted slightly. "Oo maybe I can install the painful nerf gun." He joked, his eyes still flitting around as if memorizing every detail.

Sophia glanced around. "It's not that fancy" she looked around. The stairs were on the right side of the room, the couch situated in the middle. There were some bing bags in a corner of the room, and the door to her room is right beside it. "Yes! Do you have a nerf gun? I can atleast show you where my balcony is. " Sophia jumped up from her comfortable spot on the couch and opened her door. She crossed her room quickly. The bed was against the wall, a desk on the other side of the room. She had some pictures she had drawn pinned to the wall, other spread out on her bed and floor. "Sorry. I was cleaning out my drawings the other day" she opened her balcony door, peeking out to see if Blake was out there. He wasn't. "Coast is clear" she said

Zephyr shrugged. "Things don't need to be fancy to be nice." He answered, glancing around again. It was a nice little space. He quite liked small homey homes like this. When she exclaimed yes he raised his eyebrows slightly. He hadn't expected her to say that, but actually, he had stolen a nerf gun from his brother and put it in his truck as a joke. Maybe not so anymore. Zephyr stood and followed her, looking around the room before heading to the balcony. "I actually do have a nerf gun. I'll have to get it though. And plenty of ammo." He laughed a little before looking at the balcony, only a couple feet from Blake's. It would be so easy to install something. "I don't need anything from you, but I have to go get a couple things. Be right back." He disappeared, silently went downstairs, out to the truck, and grabbed four random things before coming back up. "Okay. Nerf gun, extra ammo, duct tape, a thin rope, and some oily stuff. That's just to make the rope slide better. Now." He studied the frame for the door and how the handles turned before getting to work. In five minutes he had a mounted, loaded gun that would shoot when the handle was turned. "All you have to do is lock the small deadbolt instead of the actual lock on the handle, so the handle will turn and pow. And don't go on your balcony either." He snorted, gently closing the door and not letting the handle turn.

"Ok. No balcony. Got it" she grinned "he's going to get what he deserves. Thank you" she felt like she said that a lot. She spotted the drawing she had done the day before and quickly put it away. She noticed some other ones she had done. Sophia picked up a picture of her parents that she had drawn. She smiled and put it in a binder. "I really need to clean out my drawings. Or I need more binders" she glanced over at Zephyr

"Hopefully if he tries this again you can at least giggle about him getting smacked by 32 little balls going really fast. That thing has a GIANT magazine." Zephyr chuckled a little evilly. He, for one, knew the balls STUNG, and when you were closer it was worse. His brother loved hurting him without actually hurting him, so he had like 14 of these guns. "You're very welcome." He answered cheerily before glancing over. "How do you not have binders? At my house you can look almost anywhere and there's a random binder just laying around." He snorted, rolling his shoulders.

"I wouldn't just giggle. I would out right laugh" she was already laughing just at the thought. "My parents don't like buying me stuff they always want me to buy my own things. The last time they payed for stuff was in ninth grade. " she sighed and sat on her bed. "Ryan buys me stuff most of the time. " she shrugged "I just throw as many drawings as I can into the two binders I have. Good ones in the white binder and bad ones in the grey one"

Zephyr grinned at that, looking thoroughly amused. "That makes sense. There are definitely no hand me downs in my family- my youngest brother gets everything and I fend for myself." He chuckled, then tilted his head and lifted an eyebrow as he looked at the grey binder. "You have bad drawings? I don't believe it." He snorted with a small grin. "I bet the grey binder has only 1 drawing in it." Zephyr teased.

"Grey binder is really just older drawings and ones where I didn't like it. I did a second one and the better would go in the white binder. " Sophia hesitantly reached down and grabbed the two binders. "You can go through them if you want..."
