| biggest piece of advice i could probably give you on a situation like that is to be patient with yourself, and get a good coach. start off small , like pole work and work your way back up , no matter how long it takes progress looks different for everyone |

| I feel stupid for asking this, but I've been on hiatus so it might be fine (possibly). But does your accountant give you stuff? I wanna look back at my mail again to see, but I'm pretty sure my accountant did. |
