Iris glanced down, cheeks flushing, before forcing herself to look at his perfectly charming face again. She took a breath and said, still smiling, "Yeah, that's it. I just don't understand why you have to be so dang handsome."

Caden grinned even more when she looked away again, voice teasing as he spoke. "You did it again," He chuckled, smirking as he shook his head lightly, pulling his gaze away for a moment before back at her with her next comment. "Genetics, all in the genes hon." The man mused

(brain died) Iris glared at him playfully, leaving some of her tenseness behind. "Stop teasing me! I can't help it that your 'genetics' make you so hard to look at!"

Caden chuckled, pecking her lips. "Then maybe you should learn how to look away," He mused smoothly, voice dipping in the way to make it annoying.

Iris' smile faltered. He was right, but he was also kidding. 'Don't take it too harshly.' She thought, then brought the smirk back. "And how do you recommend doing that?" Iris asked. "Since you seem to be the expert on all things charming, I'm sure you have some tips. Though I doubt a girl's face has ever been pretty enough to make you look away. I'm pretty sure it's just us women who have to deal with it." She said this playfully, smiling up at him.

Caden was puzzled for a moment, thinking about it. "I mean...think you may've learned this a long while ago but I mean, you kinda just move your eyes." He teased, chuckling.

Iris narrowed her eyes and brought a hand to her chin, thinking. "You know... I didn't even think of that! Looks like you're both handsome and a genius." She dropped her hand and grinned at him. She happened to see one of the clocks in the hallway out of the corner of her eye and remembered where she'd been going in the first place. "I'd love to talk more, Caden, but I should go." She stood on her tiptoes and kissed his cheek, then started walking back to her dorm.

Caden chuckled, nodding. "Call me Einstein, actually, i'm even smarter than him." He mused, waving goodbye as she took off in the opposite direction. His phone dinged, seeing it was an invite to a party. -Screw it, i'll be in the middle of a desert for two weeks, may as well.- The man thought, texting back he'd be there.

(Feel free to PM me plot ideas whenever you want) Iris really did wish she could have stayed with Caden longer, but she only had twenty minutes before her next class, so she needed to scurry. After a snack in her dorm and getting the right books she needed, she walked across campus and made it to classroom 108 just on time.

(in the process of one, just gotta get blithering him drunk real quick ;) The party started at 5PM, Caden arriving, his car loud per usual as he parked, walking inside before immediately getting dragged into a game of beer pong, continuing to lose and drink until he felt sick. Moving on he continued drinking, vision going fuzzy as he wasn't sure what he was doing anymore.
