Noah nodded. "How was studying?"

"Tiring, that's all." She said, glancing back at him.
| |

Noah Carpenter - Noah gave her a sympathetic look. "I'm sorry,"

"Eh, it sucks but, it'll be worth it.I hope," Emery mumbled, turning her head as a nurse walked in. "Well Noah, seems you're doing better. You'll be able to leave in a day." With that he walked out, Em turning back to Noah smiling. "Only one day 'till you get out of here."
| |

Noah Carpenter - Noah smiled. "One day," he repeated. "Will you stay tonight?" he asked hopefully.

"Yeah, i'll stay with you anytime." She said with a smile, tone light.
| |

Noah Carpenter - Noah practically lit up. "Thank you," he grinned. "I was pretty lonely last night,"

She chuckled when he lit up, her eyes gleaming. "Yeah, sorry about that.Had to study but, I'll be here tonight then you'll be back." Em said softly, bringing the hand of his she held to her lips and pressing a light kiss to it, setting it back down.

| |

Noah Carpenter - Noah smiled. "Its okay, I get it," he hummed. A nurse came in and silently unwrapped his bandages, letting the stitches on his wrists breathe for a bit.

She brushed against his stitches with a light touch, frowning at the sight of them before taking her hand back and looking Noah dead in the eye. "I need you to make a promise.Never try to take you away from here, okay?" Emer asked, tone serious. (if you want to do a timeskip im fine with that)
