Elara made a plate for herself as she saw Sage passed out cold, but Liz woke quickly and scrambled over to her, grabbing up and taking a piece of the deer. |

Sage didn't move when Liz scrambled away. He was healing, he supposed, and that was taking a lot of energy. He didn't wake until the next morning, but he lay around for a while and then decided he wanted to get outside so he stifly moved to slide off the bed, using various things to support his weight as he moved slowly across the cabin, still limping slightly but bound and determined to get some fresh air. |

Elara was propped up against a tree, facing away from the cabin, lost in thought. |

Sage sort of paused in the door frame, catching his breath, eyeing the space between the cabin and the fire that didn't have anything to lean against. He wondered if he'd manage to make it. He almost turned and went back inside, but Liz had seen him and called out, so he offered her a grin and heasitated for a moment before stepping shakily out of the cabin, moving slowly and wobbly but not falling over right away at least. |

Elara still stared off, thinking of Dorion and Nate, leaving her life behind, was it really worth it? She twirled a dagger in her hand, her reflection bouncing off it. She could do it, just quickly slit her throat or stab herself somewhere fatal, make a quick yet painful death. Best thing she could do would be to snap her neck, instant death if wanted. Elara threw the thought off, though, and focused more on the present, the quiet of the woods, the soft songs being sung by birds perched inside the trees surrounding them, the warmth beaming off of the sun, trickling through the trees. Still she didn't notice Sage, mind a river. |

Sage had carefully made his way closer to the fire and Liz, unsteady but having made it a decent way a long on his own. Of course, just as he was almost to the fire, his knee buckled, and he nearly toppled. He caught himself, but did let out a rather loud and long string of curses as he steadied himself before heasitating slightly and then moving to inch forward to the fire, plopping down next to Liz, breathless but feeling decently good that he could move on his own...at least he could get outside. |

Elara was still in thought until he started cursing, finally noticing him and gripping her dagger. "Oh, just you." She said, scooting up to the fire as the cold of the night settled in. "Wait, how'd you get over here?" The woman asked, dodging as Varys bolted over to her. |

Sage glanced over at Elara and gave her a sheepish grin. "Sorry to startle you," he noted, sort of shrugging and flopping onto his back next to the fire. "Needed some fresh air. Figured I'd either get over here or fall over and get some...colder fresh air," he noted with a sort of chuckle. "Mostly spite," he added with a shrug. It was half a joke...but then again, he really was only alive at this point because of spite so it wasn't all that inaccurate. |

"Eh, surprised you didn't fall over anyways." She mused, watching as Varys snapped at the fire and pranced around it. |

Sage wrinkled his nose slightly with a small nod. "I almost did," he admitted. "But I needed out. Can't just sit around all day and night. Things need to get done around here. I can sit and do work just fine," he added, determined not to make her do everything herself. Winter was coming....they needed to be prepared. |
