Aria hummed in thought. "Maybe just white? It would really lighten this place up." She chuckled. Aria added the new bedding, and put all their clothes away. It took them a while to paint the whole room, but it dried quickly. The girl headed to the kitchen to grab them dinner, and came back with two plates full of food. She sat down and grabbed Caroline so she could feed her.

Sage shrugged and nodded at her paint suggestion. White was fine... especially a slightly off white. He helped her paint and then put the rest of the room together. He'd gotten paint all over himself, so he showered quickly while Aria, who was still spotless, made dinner. He sat down with her once she came back, ready to eat.

The maids had finished painting Caroline's light pink room. After Aria fed Caroline, she let Sage say goodnight to her, before taking her to bed. She sat next to the boy and ate her food. The girl grabbed Sage's free hand with her's and smiled softly.

Sage said goodnight to his daughter happily, and then got food ready while Aria put her to sleep. He smiled when Aria took his hand and scooted a bit closer while they finished dinner.

Aria smiled and laid her head on Sage's shoulder. "It's much brighter in here... don't you think?" She said. The girl looked up at Sage and grinned. Queen Aria and King Sage. Aria loved thinking about that. She loved him and Caroline so much.

Sage looked around and hummed lightly before nodding happily. "It looks much better," he hummed, wrapping his arms around the girl. He was thrilled at how things were going. Well, except for the fact that that other Kingdom may declare war on them. That's as an issue.

Aria smiled and nodded. She laid down, and rested her head on Sage's lap. She looked up at the boy and grinned. "It really does look way better." The girl hummed with a light chuckle. "I love you." She murmured.

Sage hummed lightly and nodded, running his fingers through her hair absentmindedly when she put her head in his lap. He looked down at her and gave her a smile. "Well...you're welcome, but what are you thanking me for," he asked with a light chuckle.

Aria relaxed when he ran his fingers through her hair. She smiled back up at him. "Nothing... I said I love you." She hummed, looking at the clock. The girl yawned and buried her face against his legs.

Sage nodded and yawned, patting the girl and yawning after she yawned. He chuckled when she buried her face in his legs. "Tired," he hummed.
