Maxine nodded hesitantly and handed Charlie over to him before she went to find more animals. Once she'd had her fill she went back to Sage and Charlie looking quite pleased with herself "That was actually pretty easy..." she admitted "I'm full now..." she chuckled.

Maxine smiled and gave a happy nod "Sounds good to me." she chirped happily looking at Charlie who was cooing happily and squirming. When they got home Max went and dressed in her overalls and T-shirt before she got Charlie into a onsie and some pants. Eventually Lizzie and Ethan arrived "Alright where is that gorgeous little girl?" Lizzie "Liz... calm down..." Ethan chuckled "Max will be out with her soon." he assured "So how are things going so far?" Ethan asked looking at Sage, he was still skeptical of him but even he couldn't deny... the man had come back.

Ethan nodded "Yeah... Liz told me there were some complications..." He said gently "But they're both doing well that's the important part." He nodded clapping Sage gently on the shoulder with a smile before the two of them went to the couch. When Max came out with baby Charlie Lizzie's eyes lit up "Oh my goodness..." She cooed softly.

Max giggled "You wanna hold her?" she asked Lizzie "Of course!" she chirped offering her arms out for the little one "Oh she's precious Max... you two did a good job!" she squeaked happly. Ethan smiled at little Charlie and chuckled. When Charlie was handed to him he was a little uneasy. "Relax Ethan..." Lizzie chuckled "You're not gonna break her."

Max nodded in agreement "He's right." She cooed "Just relax." She told him with a chuckle. Ethan took a small breath and relaxed a little "I just haven't held a baby since... Since my little sister was born." He admitted with a small smile "I'm a little out of practice..." He chuckled as Max sat on the arm of the couch watching him Lizzie smiling and running her hand over Charlie's whispy haired head. "You'll be a great dad someday Ethan..." Max assured "For now I think you'll make a pretty great uncle..." She smirked playfully.
