Ellie made it back to her house shortly, but the ever more churning feeling in her stomach put her off eating for the night. Instead, she just got ready to ger to bed, in hopes that she could find comfort in sleep, but instead all she could do was think about how calm Sam had been, reassuring her instead of her reassuring him. It should have been that way, but it wasn't. He had tried to stay smiley even though it was a bad situation. She would have to remember to thank him for that somehow.

Sam finally went to sleep, fully clothed as he sunk into the matress and shut his eyes. But all he saw when he shut his eyes were Hers. Deep blue, shining. Sam fell into a jumbled swirl of dreams, envisioning girls on grey mares, starving horses, and eyes, blue blue blue

When the morning came, surprisingly, Ellie wasn't reluctant to get up like normal, instead she was quietly exited. She wasn't sure why, but she was. She got ready and practically skipped towards the stables, starting to muck and dish hay out to the horses, along with Nero who was still happily munching on the grass.

Sam had by now allready fed and checked Nero over, as well as swept the yard and tidied the haybarn. When he saw Ellies practically fizzing body skipping around the corner of the yard, he grinned happily, raising one eyebrow and saying- "somebody's happy today!" he said, getting up and taking a sip from his waterbottle, the day was allready getting hot. "fancy a walk or a ride when your'e done?" he asked casually. Sam had been dying to get out all week.

"Better than yesterday!" Ellie grinned before chuckling. "Why don't we just go for a walk? Assuming Neros not fit to ride just yet." She asked thoughtfully before looking exited, "we could go to the beach or something!" She exclaimed as she emptied a wheelbarrow full of muck. She made her way over to him before pausing shortly, "Thank you for being so calm yesterday, by the way," she said with a thankful smile, "I'm sure you could have needed more support than you let on."

"sounds good!" said Sam happily. "but why don't we go to the forest this time, mix things up a little. but i swear not to slice my skin open on a root this time." Sam said, remembering the horrible incident that had happened earlier in the year, when he had fallen asleep in the forest.

"Hmm... yeah, forests! And yes, I'd rather have a whole Sam than half a Sam," she said with a laugh "because I really don't like blood, you're really lucky I had the guts to help you out the first time, if happens again, you're on your own!" She teased with a laugh before offering a smile. "Let me get something to eat, then we can go," she noted softly.

"sure thing!"Sam said cheerily, wandering back to his own bungalow and grabbing a rucksack which he stuffed with whatever stuff was in the fridge. Going back outside, he spotted Ellie. "ready to go?"

"Yes, let's!" She smiled softly with a large backpack slung across her shoulder. She started to make ger way towards tge woods beforse stopping to wait for Sam.

(happy RO!!) Sam took a couple longer paces to catch up, before they were both striding happily into the dark, green woodland. Sam took in a large breath of fresh air "it's so beautiful in here." he said, gesturing to the large gnarled trees and wildflowers popping through the soil underneath them.
