She nodded, taking his hand

"Where to first?" The man asked

| |

"Blades" She said, tugging him toward an older looking shop

"Ooh, I like the sound of that." He mused with a chuckle, following her.

She grinned and walked in, smiling warmly at the girl behind the counter that seemed familiar with Kayla. "Hey, Cassie" Kayla said, taking a dagger off a display to weigh it in her hand. "How you been, sis?" Cassie asked, polishing the emereld hilt of a sword. "Oh, y'know, booting kings off thrones, killing people, getting a man, the usual" Kayla said, much to Cassie's amusement. "Yeah, that sounds like you. How's the whole queen thing going for ya?" Cassie asked. They continued to talk, eventually ending up on chairs behind the counter. "Oh, shit, this is Gale. My boyfriend because someone hasn't proposed yet" Kayla said, remembering after an hour she hadn't introduced them. "Babe, this is Cassie--My sister from another mister"

Cassie paled slightly when she said his name, gripping her sword a little tighter as she stood. "Um, I think it's best you two leave, i'm not feeling so well---Gale could you give us a minute? Need to ask something private of her." She explained, Gale nodding. "Yeah, sure." He agreed, walking out. Once he did the woman turned back to Kayla, fear on her expression. "Why did you bring that thing--that---that monster into my shop? Do you know how many people he's killed?" She hissed.

"I'm aware of how many" She muttered. "Do you remeber who fucking saved your ass countless times when we were little?" Kayla snapped
| |
| |

"You yes, yes I know just---why are you with him? Kay, you deserve so much better." Cassie said softly, looking at her with a concerned expression.

"I don't. He's who I want. Trust me, you wouldn't know a single thing about anything I've gone through or fought for so that I could have that man. You don't even have a guy of your own"
| |
| |

"Because I don't want a man, all of the one's here are ugly and idiotic. Or drunk all the time, or digusting. I found living alone is pretty great, if you ask me."
