"That was by accident" She reminded him. "I barely had the courage to walk up to you. Was dreading it for months, wondering how on earth I was going to walk up to the school's favorite person on the football team and casually drop hints. It's not new to you though, girls liking you." |

"I had a plan" He reminded her. "I had a plan to get drunk and jump off the balcony, if that didn't work then tie a weight around my foot and drown myself in the pool. Was excited for it for weeks, was depressed for years before. It's not new to me, though. Having those thoughts." He explained, pulling her a smidge closer. "Just know you're important, okay?" |

Rose just curled as close as she could into him and kissed his neck lightly. |
