"It wasn't real, I promise. This, is real." He promised, gesturing to the room around them. "You're okay," Caden reassured, feeling her squeeze his hand.

Rose just nodded, calming and sighing. She turned and curled into a ball while facing him, her mind racing and her just wanting his arms around her. She wanted to be alone with him, curled up, like used to do

The best Caden could do was keep her hand tight in his, a small signal to know he wasn't going to leave her side, not now, not tommorow, not ever.

Wanna skip to her being discharged?) The doctor popped his head in and filled Caden in on some findings. "Mr. Ortiz, we've found it's neurological and genetic based. There's nothing that could have prevented it. Oh, and also she will have future problems...Passing out, possibly more comas, she may become less.....graceful than she was...That sort of thing." He said hurriedly, darting off

yep) Caden just listened, hope visabely flicking in his eyes. "I understand, thank you." He sighed after a moment, flicking his gaze down before raising Rose's hand to his lips for a moment before simply just holding it for a while. "It's better then dead, it's better then dead." He mumbled under his breath, keeping quiet.

Rose walked-as best she could anyways-to Caden's car with the doctor's most recent orders in mind. "Don't do anything super exhausting for a few days. Listen to your husband. Mr Ortiz, don't let her get reckless or overworked" The doctor had said, looking sternly at Caden. Rose got into the car and sighed, head in her hands. No volleyball, no guns, nothing. She was told to basically sit still and not move for at least a few days...

Caden was happy she was out, at her side as they slowly made their way to the Camero before he opened and shut her door before getting in and shutting the door, glancing over at Rose as he backed out of the spot and onto the interstate. "Don't listen to the doctor, their stupid, atleast their orders are. Rest maybe a little but you can still do stuff, weird why you 'need to chill out' and do nothing." He mused lightly, flipping off a idiot who about made him wreck. "God I hate this road,"

|
Rose didn't speak, tired in general but mostly tired of making him be stressed, scared, having to worry about her, do anything wrong to him. She felt horrible to a whole other degree

|
Caden started chuckling when he saw who was behind the wheel in a more beat up looking car, him rolling his window down as they pulled up. "Charli? Is that you? What happened to your dad being the most successful lawyer in the state?" He asked, Charli just rolling her eyes and shouting at him as he sped off. "Same as she always has been, hasn't changed a hair."

Rose just looked away from the men, her eyes on the floor
