| I was on diclofenac and it seems to not be a great thing to be on for long periods of time anyway, I mean nothing really is of course lol |

| I take a shit ton of pills lol my BC, Zoloft, women’s multi, vit D, collagen, ashwaganda and cranberry extract |

| Vit D is good for connective tissue and muscle health so that’s good :) |

| All I take now is my multivitamin plus vitamin D and calcium. My vitamin D is always low. I was on 50k units weekly |

| That is really sad :( Perhaps take some paracetamol for the temperatures? I feel you though, I get aggressive night sweats from one of my medications |

| If you don’t wanna take supplements, fatty fish like salmon and tuna are another good option to get those omega 3 fatty acids <3 |

| Red, don’t tempt me lol I will manage but I’ll say now this temperature going up and down and being hot already really bothers me. But I have over the counter medicine for when I need it and it’s safer than what she gave me…sad lol |
