She didn't meet his eyes. "Um....You're just intimidating and I feel like a-anything I say or do is going to set you off and make you s-snap, hurting me either mentally or physically." She stammered.

"Rose,babe.You think I would hurt you?Homegirl,no.I would never hurt you.You hear me?Never,would I ever hurt you,ok?" Caden asks,wrapping Rose in his arms.

Rose let him hug her, but she didn't speak, still afraid. "I just didn't know what to do...." She said, nearly crying.
