Aria woke up in the morning and got out of bed. She went into the bathroom and turned on the shower, hoping Sage would be up soon to join her. But, he always slept in, and she wanted him to get his sleep.

Sage woke up after a bit, and shifted slightly to stretch before settling down again. A few minutes later, he noticed the girl wasn't in bed, and the shower was running, so he made sure Caroline was still asleep before he padded into the bathroom and slipped into the shower behind Aria, wrapping his arms around her waist with a sleepy good morning.

"Sage... you're here. I thought you would be sleeping in?" Aria said softly. She turned her head to look at the boy, her husband. Her eyes growing in affection for him more every day.

Sage hummed sleepily and shrugged. "I'd rather be in here with you," he hummed. "I can always go back to sleep," he pointed out.

Aria smiled and turned her body towards the boy. She wrapped her arms around his neck and smiled. Her eyes sparkled, as she looked into Sage's amber eyes.

He smiled when she wrapped her arms around him and pecked her on the forehead happily. "How early were you up," he asked. They'd been up late the day before.

Aria grinned. "About 30 minutes ago." She said. "Not much sleep. But it was worth it!" She giggled, metioning to the ring on her finger. "Yesterday was the best day of my life."

Sage chuckled lightly and nodded with a yawn. "We can take a nap with Caroline later," he chuckled. Then he smiled and nodded. "Mine too," he hummed.

Aria smiled and nodded. "Yeah. That would be fun." She giggled. "I love you two." The girl said happily. She kissed his forehead and played with his wet hair. "I like your haircut by the way." Aria laughed. Edited at April 14, 2023 12:51 PM by Brookfield Stables

Sage hummed lightly and nodded. Then he chuckled and shrugged. "Good, because it totally wasn't the half hour before the wedding because I'm awful at planning things like that," he chirped.
