Ben nodded, mentally calculating how far along he thought Cash would be by then. "Of course. That's why you hired me, right?" He stood and left the house, walking towards Cash's pen to say good night before heading back to his own room.

Emma sighed and headed to her room, changing and climbing into bed

Ben brushed his teeth and changed, then took out his headphones and turned on the most relaxing music he could find. He lay down in his bed, thinking about the day. Minutes later, he was asleep.

Emma woke the next morning with a headache and an annoyed attitude. She quickly made breakfast, ran the dinner bell, and walked back inside

Ben slept well, and woke up early, around 6:30. He changed, unpacked a little more, and made his way to the house for breakfast. He had made plans for training Cash last night and was eager to get started.

Emma wore a non-morning person face with a little extra anger on it. SHe nearly slammed the plates onto the table in frustration as all the men walked in. "Here" She said, slightly snappy. Jeremy's eyes watched her, looking nearly terrified. "I've never seen her this pissed. Who screwed with my girl?" He breathed toward Brock and Ben. Brock shook his head. "Maybe she realized who you really are. I already had my run with her." He stated

Ben shook his head as well, though he didn't say anything. He stayed silent for the whole meal, eating his fried eggs and bacon as quickly as possible. He did not want to get stuck in a fight between anyone right now.

Emma was a little ball of fury, running around the house after changing. She took in dishes. "Outside. Get workin. All of you." She said, directing the last statement toward Jeremy but her eyes softened slightly when she looked at Ben before heardening right away as her eyes skimmed over Brock. "Now" She demanded

Ben obeyed, going out to the barn and scooping out grain for the mares. He couldn't figure out which grain was what, but eventually figured it out. He made sure all the stalls had water and hay before heading over to Cash's pen. He walked quietly up to the fence and leaned against it. After a few minutes, Cash walked over and Ben extended his hand to let the colt sniff it. Then Ben moved his hand to rub the horse's neck. Cash didn't mind, and seemed to like the attention. Ben smiled a little and continued to stroke Cash, talking quietly to him, just gaining the colt's trust and letting him know that he was friendly and safe.

Emma was a ball of fury the entire day before finally making dinner and ringing the bell. She sighed, exhausted, as she nearly tripped and fell while carrying plates back and forth to the table.
