Dakota was untacking Secret when Alexios came back. "How'd it go?" She asked, currying out Secret's coat. She then waited for him to take care of his stallion so they could grab their prizes and head home

"Went well. I did everything in 10.4 seconds, and got 150k in prize money." Alexios responded. "You? How'd things go for you?"

"Won. Again. I'm not really invisible here." She admitted. "Got about 150K as well." She said, recieving her check from a perky woman behind the counter inside the rodeo's office. The woman handed Alexios his check as well before Dakota walked out with him

"Bill money." Alexios stated. "And whatever I have left over is going to future vet visits."

"You have this planned out. I'm just saving for a better place where I can keep Secret with me and live with my future boyfriend. Though, i'm sure it's a bit of a ways off until anyone sees me as beautiful in that manner" She said, lowering her voice as her sentence went on

"I think you're beautiful, and you are." Alexios stated. "You're more beautiful than Aphrodite herself."

Dakota looked at him briefly with a quiet and short giggle. "Thanks" She muttered. They had reached the truck and she went to load the horses, her check in her back pocket. She tied Secret before moving out of the way as Alexios tied Tyranny. She got into the truck after locking both the back and tack area's doors. She started the truck and waited for Alexios to climb in

Alexios got into the passenger seat, and buckled up."You did great today." He stated.

"Thanks. You too. I have another next weekend if you're available. And an open guest room at my house if you ever want to escape your family for a night or two." She said, only half-joking

"I might take you up on that." Alexios nodded. "And for next weekend... I should be free."
