I just feel helpless and I don’t know, weak sometimes.
I mean I can barely carry 1 gallon of tea in my right hand from the car to the house.
I need more positive things in my life you know, and if it’s chatting on here then so be it

I am able to get a shot every 6 months but it only lasts 72 hours (pointless lol) and I’m on diclofenac (for inflammatory) but that’s about it. It’s moderate in my right shoulder and mid to lower back. I manage, I try to limit myself to pain meds only 1-2 times a week if I can.

I’ve had type 1 diabetes and a bunch of other health issues since I was like 6. I’m 22 now and I feel like I’m breaking half the time 😂

On top of everything I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis and tendinosis so I feel like a cranky, always hurting old hermit in the body of a 28 year old. But you know what, I think I fit in just fine here XD

I left It during part of being in college and came back then would randomly pop in and never, I didn’t commit to rebuilding until like October 2024. And it was just login and build gelds etc for about a year

gave a canter, and they jumped the jump again so that there was a 
foot of air between the jump and Rio(, even though the jump had been 
raised). Sofia was more relaxed than last time, but this time you 
could see that Rio was pushing on the reins, so that Sofia couldn't help

She picked a red&white oxer, two vertical jump serie that was blue&yellow, and a wall, and jumped those, beautifully, but even tough she shortered the reins Rio was still pushing the reins and Sofia wasn't so relaxed anymore.

Anna thought about what Rio was doing and grabbed a spare leverage bit off the wall, she swapped it out for Rio's regular bit and asked her if he was still pushing on the reins and when he did to pick on hand a pull back quick then return to normal.
