Seeing Tyler gesture to the fire Adelaide walked over and sat down, it was getting a bit chilly as it was turning to night. The fire was perfect, Adelaide let out a sigh and ran her hand through her hair, looking into the fire. She would usually have been getting ready for bed in her little cabin around now. It would have been warm and cozy, a comfortable bed would be waiting for her once she had eaten a filling meal. Her face fell while she wondered if she would ever have that again... Adelaide turned her body to face Tyler who was getting branches. She watched him work for a while before speaking up, "Are those for the fire?" she cocked her head, looking at the large sticks he was gathering. "They're pretty big don't you think?" Adelaide chuckled.

Tyler looked at her. For the first time.. in a long time, he laughed. His laugh was deep and rich, bringing joy to all who heard it... which really wasn't that many people. "No. This is for my sleeping place." He chuckled, piling the bigger branches up. He climbed a little further, placing them all across two spread branches about 15 feet up. "And yes, I sleep in a tree." He grunted, swinging back down once the platform was made. He rummaged around in his pack again. This time Tyler pulled out a rough canvas looking material with two very thick ropes attached to each end. He tied this between two trees... and got a hammock. "If you have decided to stay here for the night, you can sleep in here if you would like. Just thought it'd be more comfortable than the ground." Tyler shrugged, glancing up at the sky. It was dangerous to travel at night... and it was already dark out. He glanced at Adelaide, wondering what she would say

Adelaide was a bit surprised when Tyler laughed...he had a good laugh, it was happy and pleasant. It made a smile come onto her face, "Oh, well I guess that makes sense. You would have back pains if you did sleep on the ground, smart.". She watched Tyler hop down from his platform...in a tree and start tieing up what seemed to be a hammock. "That's very kind..." Adelaide said in response to Tyler's statement on if she would be staying the night, "I think I will if that's okay with you and your friends," her head gestured to the dragons. Besides, how would she travel? Rafal was out hunting, and possibly in a trap for all she knew...and it was nighttime, and only bad things will come at night so it would be smart to stay the night with a warm fire, a comfortable place to sleep, and a couple of aggressive dragons protecting the area. Of course, she was going to stay the night, the heck!

Tyler glanced back. In the blackness he didn't see any of his dragons... but then Tyler heard a squeak, and saw a flash of light scales. He knew Icicle was probably chasing Volcano around in circles, trying to convince him to sit still for 3.6 seconds. Tyler tried not to smile, but a small one came to his face. Volcano sauntered into the light of the campfire, walking over to Adelaide and plopping down in her lap with a contented sigh. He was asleep 1.7 seconds later. Icicle burst into the light, panting. She skidded to a halt, glancing down at Volcano. - "What- how-" Icicles eyes widened. "I've been trying to catch him to get him asleep for the past ten minutes!" She whispered - Tyler held back another laugh. "Where are all the others?" He asked Icicle quietly. - "They are sitting in a silent ring around the campsite. Titan is watching for Rafal to return, Fury is listening to what You are saying, and Revenge is right behind Adelaide, listening to what she is saying. Phantom is asleep." Icicle hid a smirk. Yes... the silly old dragons had assigned positions. - Tyler sighed, narrowing his eyes to the shadow behind Adelaide. It twitched slightly... a mountain of a black mass. Yep, they really were sitting in a circle.. around them. How thoughtful.

Adelaide watched as Volcano came bounding up to her, and jumped into her lap. He curled up with a sigh and fell asleep. Listening to Icicle talk she was just a bit creeped out, she turned her head a saw a large shadow of the dragon named Revenge. Slowly Adelaide turned back to Tyler, his drago- friends had assigned spots to go to in the night? Well, she supposed it was useful, Titan was apparently watching out for the black almost 70-foot dragon, Rafal, to come back. Which Adelaide appreciated, she wouldn't need to stay up all night waiting for his return. "What are the chances that Rafal didn't get trapped in one of your...traps? Not very high I presume?" Adelaide tucked a loose strand of hair behind her ear and looked to the ground.

Tyler glanced at the girl. "Well... just about nothing." He said quietly. They had just finished making this valley the most secure fortress ever. Nothing was getting in.... which meant nothing was getting out. Tyler looked over. "Phantom.. can you please go fly out there and see if Rafal isn't stuck in a trap?" He asked the small green dragon. Phantom stood, shaking his head. He nodded and launched himself into the sky, preparing to fly the perimeter. "Sorry about the dragons... they might be overprotective..." Tyler grunted, glaring at the shadows. He watched the fire quietly, fiddling with a dagger while doing so. Revenge, Fury, and Titan knew that was a bad sign. When Tyler fiddling with his dagger it meant he was angry, upset, or subdued. None of those were very good.

Adelaide nodded a thank you to Phantom, the smaller green dragon who then flew up into the sky and went the way Rafal was last seen, flying away. "Oh, don't worry about it. I completely understand...Rafal is the exact same." Adelaide chuckled, once there had been a small dog that popped up out of nowhere and onto the front porch of her cabin. She couldn't just leave it out there so she brought the little dog inside, fed and watered it, and eventually took it on a walk. Which had been a horrible idea...because when Rafal had seen the little ball of fluff he had screeched and stomped on the ground. Causing the little fluff, which Adelaide had named Moss, to run into the forest. And Adelaide hadn't seen the little guy since, possessive much?

Tyler tipped his head slightly, nodding. Phantom came bating silently through the faint mist a minute later. He landed in front of Tyler. - "Yes, he is caught in the net on the North border to the right" Phantom said quietly. - Tyler nodded. "Okay. Adelaide would you like to come with? Okay never mind.. you are coming with. I'm still alive now, I'd rather no to be eaten later." Tyler said quietly. "If you would like to ride Icicle, she is the least likely to kill you." Tyler offered, glancing at the pale moon colored dragon. - Icicle smiled, almost bouncing up and down for joy. "Yeah Adelaide those dragons are mean you can ride me! I'm the fastest out of all of them!" She grinned - "Actually, in our races, I always beat you." Revenge said with a smile - "Only because you tail is on the start and your nose is on the finish!" Icicle retorted, looking back to Adelaide. - Tyler sighed at his dragons. He obviously bred the weirdest chain of dragons... ever.

Adelaide nodded, and she walked over to Icicle. The dragon was a tad bit smaller than Rafal but she should do it. As she mounted onto the pale-colored dragon she thought about if her companion was alright... - Bending down so she could find Icicle's ear she whispered, "Im glad I get to ride you honestly. And not the older dragons, I think they would throw me off." Adelaide giggled. Sitting back up straight she turned her head to look at Tyler. - "You don't suppose he is hurt, do you?" she fretted, and asked the black-haired man. Adelaide didn't know what she would do if her dragon got hurt... or even worse, killed. - Though she doubted that the traps could kill a dragon, Tyler didn't seem like the kind of person out to kill dragons. Based on the fact that he had like, a dozen of them - "Ready to get going when you are," Adelaide said, both to Icicle and Tyler.

Tyler tilted his head and listened to Adelaide's question. "I know for certain he isn't. I soent weeks designing each trap so that under any circumstances there was no way it could hurt the dragon." Tyler assured her. Fury launched into the air, turning towards the North East 'sector' of Tyler's boobytrapped area. Tyler squinted in the dark and soon saw a giant black shadow... inside a shining silver metal net. The net was tied to a very, very big tree, hanging in the air about 20 feet off the ground. It was made out of thick chains, too thick for a dragons claws or teeth to bite through. Rafal was caught right in the center of it. Tyler hung back slightly, not wanting to be torched. He was sure Rafal would be... furious. "Only Revenge can unhinge any of my traps, mostly because they are too heavy with another dragon inside for any other dragon to do. Considering right now she is the biggest dragon alive... she was the only one could could set free and caught dragon. "All she has to do is unhook that chain over there, and lower the net carefully down. It was open... and Rafal will be free. The hard part is getting her to lower him down without dropping him... which might possibly hurt." Tyler explained, sending a glare towards the giant dragon behind him.
