Sage cocked his head at the girl slightly and then nodded with a shrug. "They have rooms and food, so you should be good for a while if you stay. You could get a job around town to make some money pretty easily, to pay for stuff," he mused out loud. He chuckled slightly and gave the girl a grin. "I'll be working but I'll see you around at some point." He jerked his head in the direction of the tavern. "Come on. I can get you in a room and a breakfast before things get crazy. I would suggest not coming downstairs during meal times...everyone gets drunk and it's not the most pleasant place to be. Though, if you have to, stay out of reach and they'll yell but won't do much else," he informed the girl, glad that she had decided to come to the tavern.

Claudia chuckled, "Thank you. This means a lot...". She smiled at Sage, it did mean a lot. He was pretty much taking her in, she looked around. Whatever came to get her bag...took most of the money she had. She had a few dollars in her pocket, probably enough to last her a few days...it wasn't much though. Claudia would probably need to work someplace, she sighed and then put her hair up into a bun. Claudia looked at Sage and nodded, "Do you have everything before we go?" he hadn't looked like he had any belongings once he had met her but she just wanted to make sure.

Sage nodded and chuckled slightly. "Don't worry about it," he hummed. Then he acted like he was checking to make sure he still had his shirt on and gave the girl a thumbs up. "I think I have everything," he giggled. It was just a silly little joke, but when he felt comfortable with people he joked around a bit. "Come on," he hummed. The walk back to the Tavern was relitively quick, and it didn't take long to check the girl in and show her her room. "I have to go get changed, but I'll bring up food soon," he promised, glancing at the clock quickly before bustling out of the room.

Claudia smiled and nodded as she went over to a bed, once she sat on it she felt it wasn't that comfortable, I mean...what had she been expecting? "Thank you, Sage." Claudia smiled at the boy and then continued to look around the room. It wasn't bad overall but it could be better, it had nice walls and flooring, it was just a bit dusty. "Oh, and if you need help with anything, I would love to help!" she needed something to do, without anything she thought it would be quite boring. Claudia sighed, glancing at Sage before resting her head on the pillow, and looking up at the ceiling, this was going to be an interesting adventure...for sure.

He heard the girl as he was mostly out of the door then peeked back in at her with a chuckle. "I'll bring you something to do so you don't get to bored when I bring up food," he chuckled. Then he grinned sheepishly. "Actually...can I crash in here at night with you? Act like I just come with the room and I still get paid but can actually get some sleep? I, uh...I can sleep in the chair." He pointed to a cushiony chair across the room, knowing that the girl probably wouldn't want to share the bed with him. After all they barely knew eachother. He wasn't going to ask so much of her and then make her uncomfortable. A bed was nice, but a chair would be alright. Really, the bare floor would be alright, even though it was cold, as long as he could get some sleep.

Claudia nodded, "Yeah, that should be fine. Don't worry, I will make the chair comfortable if you sleep there.". She looked away, blushing, honestly, she thought it to be okay if he slept in the bed, as long as they didn't do anything. She doubted they would, they had just met. But it would pretty much just be like the night before...right? Claudia couldn't help but like Sage already, he was just...charming? She didn't know how to explain it but she liked him..."I may go down in a bit, as long as it isn't dinner or night time I think I should be fine, people won't be drinking until later right?" she looked at him, still blushing a bit.

Sage nodded thankfully, a blush tinting his cheeks once he noticed the girl blush. Then he nodded again in response to the girl's comment. "Dinner starts around five, so I would recommend coming down around four to eat," he hummed. He left the girl at that, waving a goodbye before jogging to get changed into the uniform. It was simple, but admittedly, rather...revealing. the v neck went down pretty much the entire shirt, and everything was rather tight fitting. He wasn't a fan of it, but he didn't really have a choice but to wear it. Soon enough, time was flying as he hustled about, back and forth, serving and dealing with all the crude comments and touches and everything else. He worked up a sweat quickly, but he had to admit there was a familiarity about it, and he would have to take a customer that night, so the work didn't seem as bad as it did some days.

After a while of tidying herself up, she found some dress clothes inside the dresser in her room. Surprisingly they were pretty...well pretty, and in good shape. She put the dress on and looked at herself in a smaller mirror, the dress was bright red, with no sleeves or straps, not to mention it was very elegant looking. Claudia smiled at herself, 'Not bad Claudia, not bad at all.' she thought to herself before heading to the door. She opened it and walked down to where the main part of the Tavern was. Claudia looked around, trying to find the bar area or even Sage. Once she found the bar she sat down in one of the chairs and looked around. It wasn't that busy but busy enough to get the workers there moving.

Sage ran around for hours...he didn't get a break so he took a minute in the kitchen to catch his breath when he went in there. When he came out again, he saw Claudia and walked over with a grin. "So what do you want to eat and drink," he asked. He noticed the dress, but thankfully his blush was covered up by the fact that he was running around way more than the other waiters, who were higher ranked and had breaks and could dilly daddle around. He did think the girl was pretty, really pretty, but he decided to focus on the menu and her order for now. They'd only just met....surely he could ask her out? Besides, he had nothing. No money, not even a hey, wanna stop by my place. He could only give her...well, him...and they'd only just met. Besides, whod even want him? He wasn't anything special....really he was a bunch of problems they'd have to deal with. No, it was better to keep their relationship at friendship. He didn't want to ruin it by trying to take it farther. Besides, she was the higher up between the two of them...she'd be the one in charge anyway. If she asked, he certainly wouldn't say no, but he was kidding himself by thinking she'd even think about asking.

Claudia smiled when she saw Sage come over, "Just water would be great, thank you.". She gave him a glance before looking around once more, more people were coming, making the place a bit tight. "Is it always this busy? If it is, yall must be popular!" Claudia chuckled and looked back at Sage, her eyebrows high. She would have guessed this place to be smaller in popularity, but you never know. Claudia found herself looking Sage up and down, he had switched clothing...a v-neck shirt that um...showed skin. She blushed a looked away, okay so...why was he kinda attractive though? She hummed, looking at people chatting, she bet some of them didn't even know each other, they were just chatting, becoming friends...or enemies? Claudia had to chuckle at herself, it was very possible to make rivals here, especially when getting drunk, then it could become a bigger problem.
