| We don't really track what we eat as far as protein and such but we do eat healthy for the most part. Normally chicken or beef of some kind and some vegetable sides |

| @Ven, I just don't want to explain my medical history all over again and have to try and justify why I need care or medication for my conditions. I've recently realized I have trauma from being gaslit and ignored by doctors so much. |
