Gale said nothing as he ripped one of the legs off, tossing the hide and headto the side.

Kayla walked into the tent silently
| |
Gale cooked some of the meat over the fire, skewering two steps and walking over to Kayla, offering one.
| |
Kayla took it with a small, softer smile
| |
Gale just nodded, sitting the tent as a light rain started. He cursed under his breath as he went back outside, dragging the other meat inside.
| |
Kayla watched him, taking a bite
| |
"What's it like in the kingdoms? As a royal,I mean." He asks, finishing the skewer.

Kayla paused, not expecting his question. She sighed and looked at him. "There's eyes everywhere, watching your every step and always questioning you. I have 3 brothers, the princes, and they are......not the nicest. They're the reason I learned how to use a knife." She said, smiling softly at him. "My father I didn't see often since he was always busy with councels and ruling the kingdom. My mother stayed out of the direct eye of my father, hoping to blend into the shadows. The gardens are nice, but you know that." She teased lightly, smiring at him

He chuckled at her comment of him in the gardens. "Yeah, guess I do." He says, voice dropping. "That...sounds exactly like I went through." Gale muttered, smile fading as Varys walked in,him stroking the wolfs head. "It seems best you had learned to use a knife. It'd be best to learn to use a bow,I will say.Better for hunting." He suggests, messing with Varys.

"Then teach me." She suggested, watching him
