T chose not to think as they moved, trying to stay utterly in the moment. She holstered her pistol and pulled out a dagger, taking a deep breath as Sage led the way into a well off, abandoned house. Lucifer was trailing quietly behind, then slipped around her and ahead of Sage, sniffing quietly. She did a quick clearance of the room they were in, finding very little thats as of value- a lighter, which was nice, but that seemed to be it. After, she glanced around, then toward what she could only guess was a bedroom. She glanced around warily and then opened the door, knife up and ready. Another quick sweep- nobody, dead or alive. She nodded to the relatively well off bed. It was a twin, it looked like. "Do you think we can carry it?" She asked softly, glancing around anxiously.

Sage slid around the house quietly, peering around for anything useful. There wasn't much....the place had already been picked pretty clean. The bed was nice, though...small, but that meant it would fit in the cave and they cuddled up anyway, so it wouldn't be an issue. He hummed softly in response to her comment before moving to peer at the bed. "I think so," he whispered, grabbing a scarf off the floor and shifting to tie Liz onto his back and grabbing one end of the bed. It was light enough that the two of them could wander back down to the cave with it in tow, blankets and all. Getting it up the slope was a bit harder, but they managed, and he set Liz down before flopping onto the mattress with a happy breath of air.

T nodded quietly at his answer, moving to grab the other end of the bed. The walk back was uneventful, and thankfully pretty short. She chuckled slightly as he flopped onto the bed, crawling onto the mattress beside him and laying down with a content sigh. Lucifer jumped up on the bed in turn, laying between them with a huff. She simply chuckled and turned to stroke the large dog.

Sage had chuckled slightly when the girl flopped down, and then the dog. "Hey, I wanna cuddle her," he whined when Lucifer flopped down in between them. Though, he moved to hug the dog, as he quite liked the big ball of fur and drool. "She's mine," he added with a chuckle, pecking the dog's nose, and in response he got a lick on the face. He wiped the drool off his face with a snicker, rather content to be back home. If this was home....which it seemed like it was with T and Lucifer there.

Tempe chuckled slightly at his comment. "You snooze, you lose." She teased, scratching the large black dog behind the ears with a grin. She grinned into Lucifer's fur and set up slightly to look at Sage. "There's no need to be possessive. There's plenty of me to go around." She teased, planting a kiss on the top of Lucifer's head. He gave a snort, directly in Sage's face, then jumped up and off the mattress. T let out a small snort and moved closer to Sage again, settling down.

Sage sort of fake pouted over at her in response to her comment. "Is that coming from your extra two years of wisdom," he teased her lightly before grinning in response to her next comment, eyes glittering mischievously. "In certain places there absolutely is, and I get allll of it," he noted with a cackle, moving to press a quick kiss to her lips before flopping down next to her. He figured she knew what body parts he was talking about, so he wasn't too worried about it. But he'd seen an opportunity to mess around with her, so he was gonna take it

"Yep. All two extra years." T joked, giggling at his comment. "Yeah? What places are those, exactly? And on a side note, does it go both ways?" She asked playfully, reciprocating his kiss lightly and moving to settle on her side. She knew exactly what he was talking about, but two could play at word games. She curled her arms around him eagerly, tucking her head into the crook of his neck.

Sage snorted lightly when she said those two whole years were lots of wisdom. Of course, he chuckled at her next comment and wrapped an arm around her when she curled in. "Sure I could," he mused. "But Liz is awake right now," he added, mischief still glittering in his eyes. "I suppose it could go both ways, though you'll have to be the judge of that," he chirped lightly, resting his head on hers lightly, just glad they all got back safe and sound except for the few scrapes and bruises he'd received falling through the floor. It was still rather amusing that it had happened too.

"Later then, yes?" T teased softly, tucking her head beneath his as he continued. "I'll keep that in mind, then." She smiled, taking a deep breath. He smelled so nice, even naturally. It was comforting, at this point. "If the apocalypse had never happened, what would you want to do? For an occupation?" She asked softly.

Sage gave the girl and grin and wink on response to her comment. "If you can keep up, old woman," he teased her lightly before settling down again happily. Though, when she spoke up again, he glanced over at her with a chuckle. "I wanted to be a surgeon," he mused. "Patch people up." He snorted softly and shook his head. "Not much I can do about helping people now," he murmured, silent for a momeybefore looking at her. 'what about you?"
