| He didn't actually no plow it Wouldn't have taken the car in there if it hadn't been plowed He literally powered it so that his ditch was smoothed over & looked like the drive way I wish I was joking |

| the other party would be liable for covering any damage, but that's also something between your own insurance and theirs, depending on coverage and potential other factors |

| That would probably have to be something that would have to be fought out between insurance companies. Sounds like both parties are at fault. Yeah, they didn't plow, but you entered their driveway. If they pulled you out, you would have had to give them OK to do it. Etc |

| I have a specific question I'm curious about with insurance If someone doesn't plow their driveway in winter so that I get stuck when pulling in to buy from their farm stand & they wreck my car pulling it out What happens then? Is there anything to do? I have minimum insurance but I don't know the state of the other party They did not end up wrecking my car they where not careful however but all the rest is from a real incident |
