Tyler sighed quietly. Always with the eye roll... then again, he did it too... just not as commonly. He glanced iver again and smiled. "And I have made it to 60 species of fish." He grinned, looking at Regan. "And you have made it to a wet face." Tyler teased, leaning down and splashing her with the water. "I guess I'm just amazing." He chuckled, rolling his shoulders and trying to lighten his mood. It was stupid he was lonely and sad... that was completely his fault, so Regan shouldn't have to come over here and 'comfort' him just because he was in a bad mood.

Regan pouted at him before grinning. "Fishes," she replied lightly. It was fun to have a playful little argument with him... well, it was better than actually fighting with him. She just wanted to keep on seeing him smile. It was bright and friendly, unlike the way he was normally. She enjoyed seeing it. "That's a lot of fishes," she hummed to him with a playful grin. She yelped when he sprayed her face with water and wiped it off after a few moments, then flicked some back at him with a smile. "There was no need for that," she told him with a chuckle.

"There was a need for it! You kept saying FISHES!" Tyler snorted. He couldn't hold back a chuckle at her though.... Regan did know how to make him laugh. Not even HE knew how to make himself laugh. Tyler laughed slightly at her yelp. "Plus you deserved it..." He grinned, getting ready to ward off a spray of water

Regan could only laugh at him before leaning into him just a tiny bit. "Fishes," she hummed, just to be annoying at this point. "Fishes, fishes, fishes," she repeated with a grin to the boy. She was just amusing herself at this point... it wasn't even that funny. She gave a fake gasp of air before flicking some water up at him again, though not enough to soak him... she didn't suspect she'd be able to get him to stay in the cabin while he dried off again. "I deserved it?! How," she asked as she fiddled with a bit of her hair lightly.

Tyler sighed. "Ya know... lots of people say men are very strong they always win battles blah. They are so wrong... men never win any battles." Tyler grinned, warding off the slightly spray. "You are trying to annoy me to death by saying FISHES instead of FISH. That's like saying MOOSES instead of MOOSE. Or SHEEPES instead of SHEEP." Tyler laughed. He wasn't angry in the least about her teasing... he just had to ward it off with some of his own.

Regan chuckled to the boy before rolling her eyes again. "Yeah, you're not going to win any battles here," she chuckled. Her smile only got bigger when he started to get playfully annoyed with her. "Tyler, when you're talking about multiple species of fish it's FISHES," she teased him with a laugh. She knew he was only teasing her... and she was doing the same right back to him. His grin just seemed to get bigger, and she really was happy to see it. "You can try and argue but it won't work."

"Yes.. and I am losing this one. Fine, I give up, you can say they are 'fishes'. Inside though... you will know you are wrong... you will know it's really fish..." Tyler joked, a smile still on his face. He knew there was no way for him to win against Regan... people also say that men are stubborn idiots. He knew Regan was just stubborn... which left more room for stubborn and no room for stupid.

Regan hummed to him before shaking her head. "Inside I'll know I'm right," she mused to him before shaking her head. "And I'll also know you're a fish-loving old monkey man," she then joked lightly. She had a happy grin on her face when he gave in, though... he seemed to do that quite a lot. She'd push back to him a tiny bit then he'd just... give in. It made her feel light though... and she enjoyed moments like this with him. She just wished more people would see him like this when he was happy and... well, fun to be around.

Tyler groaned playfully. "Fish-loving old monkey man..." he mused. "Some of that contradicts itself. You see, how can I be old if I'm like a monkey? An old man can't climb a tree without injuring himself terribly... or otherwise he just physically can't. Also, I think I finally won because you said 'fish-loving' instead of 'fishes-loving'." Tyler snorted. He looked at her with a raised eyebrow. Would that do it...?

Regan groaned at his next comments and shook her head. "Old monkeys can climb," she pointed out with a grin. "You're ruining my point! You're a fish loving old monkey man," she repeating with a sheepish giggle. "And you're old because you just looove you're little fishes," she then added with a laugh. She then pouted theoughtfully before shaking her head. "Alright grammar police how about this. Fishes-loving is wrong, however fishes when talking about your fish species is right. Also, you can't tell me fishes-loving sounds right," she mused lightly.
