"You are scowling at my horse. I'm over here." Quinn burst out into laughter. She had moved right as he started scowling.. to behind him.

Sage groaned and shook his head in response to the girl's teasing. "You are an awful human being," he announced, though it was in a playful tone, and he of course wasn't actually upset. "And your squirrelisn't much better!" He was still teasing, and they both knew that.

Quinn rolled her eyes. "Uh huh, IM an awful being." She teased, glancing at Sahara. "But you are right about Sahara." She snorted. Her squirrellooked at her, whinnying. "And now she is teasing US again. Sahara..." Quinn trailed off, rubbing a hand down her face.

Sage huffed out a breath, about to playfully argue with the girl, but when she said the squirrelwas teasing them, he couldn't help but laugh. "Well, it's not teasing me if I can't tell what she's saying, so she's just teasing you," he chirped.

Quinn scowled at him. "You- that-" she rolled her eyes with a groan. "Sahara, stop it." She snorted. The squirrelsent a splash of water at Quinn with a hind hoof. Quinn held up her hands, yelping. "I didn't deserve that!" She shook her head, glaring at the horse

Sage chuckled at the girl's obvious embarrassment, and then couldn't help the snicker that escaped his mouth when she splashed the girl. He tried to keep a straight face, but it was, admittedly, failing a bit. "Oh, come on, it can't be THAT bad," he told Quinn.

"It's worse than you think.. " she muttered, her gaze downcast. Sahara snorted, walking up to her and nudging her like she was sorry. Quinn wrapped her arms around her knees.

Sage raised an eyebrow. " Really? That bad," he hummed lightly. "Your squirrelsure knows some dirty stuff then," he mused. He noticed the squirrelcome over though, and he cocked his head slightly.

Quinn groaned. "My squirrelknows everything you do." She sighed, looking at Sahara in disdain. "Be nice and don't talk about that, you know Sage can't understand you." She muttered, glaring at the horse. Sahara tossed her mane, nickering and prancing back over to the water, taking a drink and jumping over to the other side to start grazing. Quinn glanced at Sage. "Just clarifying... I am absolutely not telling you what she said." Quinn snorted, looking at the Sky. Her throat was starting to hurt more... so she went and got more Dock, slathering it on. Then she made some tea, drinking as much as she could

Sage cocked his head slightly at her comment and then raised his eyebrows when she continued talking to the horse. It was slightly amusing, to say the least. "Well, now that just makes me more curious as to what she said," he chuckled. It was good to see...er, hear....the girl drinking though. It meant she could get better. And...it was nice to have a real conversation with her again. To joke about and laugh. Even if he was crazy curious as to what her sow had said.
