"Please do keep him in your sight! If you die then that'd be a slight inconvience!" Elara teased, chuckling softly as the two continued on. "But seriously don't die please." She teased once more, turning to start making some kindling for the fire. "I am worried about you! The only defense you have is a teddy bear with teeth," she mused, rolling her eyes. The woman cared if he got hurt, she really did.

Sage couldn't help but laugh at her comments as he moved to tie his hair up to keep it out of his face. The bruises there were still visible, but fading, and he was comfortable enough round Elara he didn't mind keeping his hair up he supposed. "No promises," he chirped lightly as he moved off, but added a "I'll be fine," a moment later before disappearing into the forest.

Elara chuckled, heading to toss out scraps and do some tyding.

Sage really just wandered around the woods for a while...maybe three or four hours worth, until he'd filled up the couple of baskets and bags he'd brought with him. Varys had caught a couple rabbits as well, and carried those back in his mouth once they started heading back to the cabin. He was exhausted by the time they got there, dumping the bags down and plopping into a chair. He didn't mean to pass out, but did wind up falling asleep pretty much as soon as he sat down.

Elara eventually came in with Liz, seeing Varys snoring on his back and Sage passed out in the chair. She smiled softly, the sun had set already as well so she pulled a blanket over him before putting Liz to sleep and climbing into her bed and drifting off quickly.

Sage woke partway through the night, conscious enough to realize he was still in the chair. He moved to wrap the blanket around himself and stumble back over towards the couch, wanting to just go back to sleep. That didn't happen though, since as he moved towards the couch, someone had grabbed him and yanked him out the door of the cabin before he or Varys could react. He struggled briefly, immediately awake, though froze when he recognized Amy there. Once they were in the trees she was on top of him, forcing her way over him like she always did. It started with a beating, then led to her starting what would be considered intimate if she wasn't someone he had issues with, and then got more beating like again. And through all of it, he really couldn't do anything but cower there. Even that gave up eventually, and after a certain point he just lay there, senses going in and out as the greenery around them got more and more stained with his blood, body having gone numb despite only being in boxers and unzipped trousers in the cold of the night and the horse crop landing on already bleeding skin.

Elara awoke to the creak of the door, seeing Sage gone she immediatly stood, signaling to Varys for him to stay by her side. She stalked her way out quietly and saw Sage on the groun with another person....Amy. It was Amy. The woman's eyes went wide before narrowing with nothing but cold rage. "You, the one beating him for no reason other then him simply chasing freedom after being trapped in a hellhouse with nothing but what seems like a bitch to live with," Elara started coming into view as she threw herself at the woman, daggers in hand, eyes colder than nitrogen.

Sages hearing was going in and out, but while he couldn't tell when was being said, he could hear Elaras voice. He wasn't sure if that was good or bad....she could help, maybe. Or she'd get herself hurt or killed. Then Liz would be vulnerable, or starve to death in the cabin with no one to care for her. None of these were very good options. Amy, however, turned towards Elara, lip curling slightly. "Who do you think you are," she hissed at her. "He has no freedom. He's mine...I bought him, years ago," he announced, cruel smile playing onto her lips. "You have no say here," she added, sort of nudging sages limp arm with her foot.

Elara's gaze flickered to Sage before icing again and turning it towards the woman. "Okay first of all out of all you could buy why would you buy him? I can tell you now there are a whole lot cheaper ones who would be better then he was when you first got him." She mused, not meaning a word she said. "Exactly. He probably would if you'd give him some but simply all you do is keep him cooped up in your house and make him do everything for you while beating on him for simply listening to you." She sneered, glaring at the woman as she spoke. "And actually, I do have some say." Elara started, having to think of how to word it right. -If she finds out im a royal and since the castle is going nuts looking for me, either Sage will get out of this and i'll get taken away, Sage and I will both be safe, or we both won't be safe.- "He was hired to be my bodyguard through the streets because i'm going to be honest here, the streets are rough." The woman spoke, casting a glance at Sage before looking at the woman.

Amy's grin turned slightly into a sneer as she looked at the other girl. "The others I could buy were ugly," he snorted. "I'm not going to sleep with some skinny nothing. At least he has some semblance of a body," he noted with a shrug. Her eyebrows narrowed when Elara mentioned he was hired to be her bodyguard. "Well, I suggest you find someone else to do that, because I say what he can and can't do, and he is coming back with me, and he is going to remember his place in this world," she hissed, shifting the stick to one hand and brandishing a knife in her other hand. "Now get lost," she spat at her.
