Regan thanked Tyler once she was finished up, and went to go and sit with a few other people while she ate. She could see Tyler sat alone, looking just a bit... sad. She didn't know why people didn't want to sit with him... she thought he was friendly enough. She enjoyed spending time with him, anyway, but she'd had to work fairly hard to get him to talk to her without wishing her death on her.

Tyler finished the soup and cleared his throat, standing and brushing off his shirt. He grabbed his bag and disappeared into the bushes, striding over towards the river. Tyler sat down next The the small pool, staring into the waters. This was weird... he was very lonely, and he wanted company... but he didn't want people to be near him. Tyler sighed and kept staring at the water, making sure to keep his mind blank. Before long he was counting fish species again.

Regan watched the boy walk off before sighing and finishing up... it was about an hour until she'd cleaned up and everything, but once she was done she padded in the direction he'd wandered off in, only to find him sat by the lake. She hummed softly before padding over to his side and flopping down next to him, gently bumping his side with her shoulder. "What's up now Money man?" She asked lightly.

Tyler heard the sound of footsteps. He resisted the strong urge to whirl around with dagger in hand... hoping it was omly Regan. He glanced iver, confirming it was with a sigh. "Where did the money man nick name come from?" Tyler asked quietly, trying to think of why that one popped up. He looked back at the water... he had finally hit 50 species when Regan came. Aha, 51.

Regan hummed thoughtfully before shrugging. "Well, you're like a monkey, and you're a man, are you not? You're a monkey man," she mused to the man before shaking her head. She watched him count the species before resting her hand on her chin. "How many fishes are you at now?" She wanted to talk to him... she didn't want him to feel alone. He seemed a little bit... quiet, and wilted, and she really did hate to see him so disappointed.

Tyler wrinkled his nose. "For one fish is plural, and you only use the word 'fishes' when in a scientific area." He snorted. "For two I'm up to 53 now..." Tyler cleared his throat, wondering if she really did pay that much attention to remember he had been counting fish species yesterday. He glanced at her, running a hand through his hair as he looked back at the water again.

Regan rolled her eyes at his comment before chuckling. "Fishes," she chuckled. "You can use that anywhere Mr grammar," she told him in amusement. "And, you're counting the species, so I take it this is kinda scientific," she mused before sitting cross-legged. "Buut, to keep you happy, fish," she then added with a laugh. What was he, some kind of English major? "Didn't take you for the kind of person to pick up on that," she then added lightly.

Tyler glanced at her, a slight smile on his face. He listened to her last comment, chuckling. "Sometimes.. when ,y brain decides to work, I pick up on things like that. It is rare, though." He murmured, amused. Tyler sat back and stopped staring at the water, glancing up at the sky then looking back to Regan. "Very rare." He repeated, running a hand through his hair and thinking about it. It was rare that Tyler actually thought... but he did do it more than people thought he did. Almost everyone thought Tyler was a 'All brawn no brain' kind of guy. He wasn't. Tyler was strong, but it wasn't like he looked like a body builder, for one. For two, he thought sometimes. He was quite Cunning... it just took a while to turn it on.

Regan just rolled her eyes at him with a light smile across her face when she saw his own slight smile. It was nice to see... she really did like seeing him happy. She hadn't seen it much, but it was refreshing from his usual dull expression. "It was just a bit... surprising, is all," she mused lightly. "It came out of nowhere," she then added lightly. She supposed it didn't even matter... in the end, none of this really mattered. It wouldn't like they'd get a real job or anything any time soon, so her grammar made no difference. She peered into the water, looking around at all the little fish. Fishes. Fishies. Whatever she chose to call them... and they were really quite sweet.
