"Hopefully in a good way." T chuckled, pressing a gentle kiss to his nose. She gently traced her fingers over his side, blowing out a breath. She set her lips gently to his cheek after, nuzzling into his neck for a moment after.

Sage sort of chuckled in response to her comment, humming in agreement and wrapping his arms around her snugly when she curled in again, more than content to lay around for a while longer before they went out and trecked around. Hopefully, being out in broad daylight would limit the number of zombies they saw ....though he doubted it changed much of the zombie activity.

T smiled softly against his neck, stroking his hair quietly. "How long are we gonna sit here and procrastinate for, my love?" She teased, following it up quickly. "Not that I'm complaining about cuddling at all." She finished, pressing a few gentle kisses down his neck.

Sage chuckled in response to her comment, taking a deep breath in and huffing it out in thought. "don't care," he finally decided. "As long as we're back before dark I suppose it doesn't matter much," he mused, though he peered down at her after a moment. "We can head out whenever," he hummed, pressing a kiss to her head.

"I guess not." T murmured, leaning into his lips and nodding vaguely at his answer. "You might have to force me to get up." She joked, kissing gently at his throat.

Sage sort of just chuckled in response to her comment, humming happily when he felt her lips on his throat. "Come on," he hummed with a sort of chuckled, sliding out from under her, pecking her lips lightly before tossing her clothes at her and grabbing his own. "the sooner we get back the sooner you can get me undressed again," he half teased her, scooping Liz, who was waking up by then, up into his arms.

T let out a soft grunt when he shifted her and sat up; huffing in slightly protest. "Eugh. Or, you can stay undressed and save me the trouble?" She mocked, offering a mischievous grin. She took the clothes he had thrown at her and pulled them on quickly, tossing her hair into a messy braid. She knelt beside Lucifer quietly, stroking his fur gently as he woke up.

Sage chuckled lightly at her comment, flashing the girl a grin. "Then you'll get bored of me and what would I do then," he teased lightly, getting dressed quickly and then moving to pat Lucifer on the head fondly. "You make a pretty good guard dog, you old ball of fur," he hummed, quite happy for the dogs presence.

"I could never get bored of you." T huffed, as if insulted. She stood once Sage came over, taking Liz so he could pet Lucifer. "What a compliment." She snickered, grinning as Lucifer wagged his tail eagerly for the praise. "Well, chief, where are we headed to?" She asked teasingly, holding Liz close on her hip with a perpetual smile.

Sage simply chuckled in response to her comment, giving the girl a grin and letting her take Lizzie when she reached for her. The little girl let out a happy sounding coo, and he felt his grin widen at the sound. "He's a good boy," he cooed at the dog, letting the black head sniff and lick his chin before patting him on the head again before standing up with a grunt. "I figured we could go to the northern edge of town," he suggested. "There's a little farmers market sort of thing down there that might have something. And the houses haven't been flooded so we might be able to look through some houses and find a mattress or something else useful," he added with a shrug.
