Adrien had been lazily snapping in and out of sleep, he only stayed asleep for 30 minutes before waking back up. So, he was quite tired when he saw Sage shift and look up at him. Adrien smiled down at him tiredly.

"Good morning..."

He whispered, his voice tired and a bit hoarse from not talking or having anything to drink for a bit.

Sage had sort of hummed tiredly in response to Adrien's comment, not being much of a morning person. "hey," he sort of mused with a yawn after a moment.

Adrien smiled gently at him.

"I would kiss you but your breath smells bad."

He said with a sleepy grin. He kissed Sage anyway. It was a short and soft kiss, and a little sleepy. Adrien pulled back soon and still had the tired smile on his lips.

Sage rolled his eyes in response to Adrien's comment and whacked his chest playfully. "You're so mean to me," he grumbled, but the grin on his face told Adrien he didn't really mean that.

Adrien smiled back tiredly and hummed.

Sage lay around for a few more minutes before moving to get up, though he let out a grunt as he stood, realizing he was rather sore. "Damn it Adrien," he grumbled as he half limped to get clean clothes, though of course he wasn't actually upset. It was more amusing than anything.

Adrien sat up with a tired Yawn and grinned widely.

"Mmmm, sorry love."

He said, standing up, out of bed and walking over to him, picking him up once he dressed. He kissed his neck gently.

"Mwah."

He murmured, for the effect. Because why not

Sage had half yelped in surprise when Adrien scooped him up, but grinned over at him anyway, laughing slightly in response to his kiss. "Aren't you supposed to be hurt," he teased him, but rested his head against his chest lightly anyway.

Adrien hummed.

"Yep! But that medicine is working wonders apparently. Plus, it is my fault you're sore."

He said with a grin, kissing his neck again and switching him to holding him like a koala.

Sage chuckled and shook his head in amusement before shrugging and looking up at Adrien with a grin. "I did ask for it," he admitted, wrapping his arms and legs around the other boy when she switched positions.
