"I'm sure you did, if I got dragged to a hell house i'm pretty sure i'd miss us too." She mused, smiling back at Sage. Elara could feel the weight of it, the silent thanks riddled in it from getting him away from the other woman. Somewhere he could simply live to his own standards, a place he could recover form the woman. Elara stood, turning towards the direction of the door. "C'mon, it's almost dinner time anyways." With that she walked out, taking the deer with her and cutting a large chunk big enough to feed all three-er, four of them.

Sage chuckled softly and response to her comment and nodded, moving to follow her outside and help set the fire up and going again so they could cook dinner. "I am getting hungry," he admitted, setting Liz down next to him once they settled down outside. Varys plopped down next to him after a few minutes, coming back from ... whatever he'd been doing.

"Yep I don't doubt it," Elara responded to him, starting to put the meat over the fire. She watched as Varys came back and plopped down next to him, nice and soggy, how wonderful. "Huh, must've found a stream or something. Good to know that there's water around here." The woman said to herself, noting the tempature change. It had dropped at least 15 degrees since noon, probably in the forties. "Y'know we really need to start thinking about how we're going to make it in winter, it's coming pretty quick."

Sage hummed in agreement to her comment about Varys, patting his head lightly and then wiping it on his pants with a chuckle. "Someone had fun," he agreed before frowning and nodding when she mentioned winter. 'We should definitley be stocking up on warm pelts for coats and blankets," he murmured, wishing he could just hurry up and get better so he could have the strength to hunt a nice big bison or mountain lion, both of which would make great blankets or coats.

"Defanilty. I can go hunt some, try and find a bison or cougar etc." She says, turning thd meat.

Sage nodded in response to her comment, letting out a sort of huff of air. "That would be good," he noted. "Maybe I can...snare some rabbits or...something," he added lamely, wishing he could do more. (I'll have Amy wind up sneaking in at night or smthn for some drama if you want lol)

(ooh if she does can Elara beat her ass or no?) "I'd say make some bigger snares to get bigger animals. Not all the paw prints around here are from Varys." Elara responded, taking the meat off the fire and giving almos a third to Sage, splitting the rest between her, Liz, and Varys.

(lol sure, I can have her mess Sage up pretty bad an Elara can save his butt xD) Sage hummed and nodded. "Maybe some foxes or wolverines. That sort of size," he thought out loud. If he came across a wounded animal in a snare, it would have to be small enough for him to kill easily. If he went after a wolf or something, he could very well get himself hurt doing so, and that wouldn't be good for any of them.

(yay i get to write a fight scene <3) "Yeah, and you can take Varys with you so incase something comes up he can step in if needed." Elara suggested, handing off his plate to him as she started eating. They had half a deer left which meant two more meals for all four of them and she can give the head to Varys for him to knaw on and take the wolf to track something for her so they could stay stocked with food.

(LOL, and I get to beat my character up! XD) Sage heasitated for a moment before nodding, taking his plate and starting to nibble at the meat. "That's probably a good idea," he admitted softly, throwing the wolf a glance. "We should also find a way to store some meat, so if game goes way down in the winter we'll be prepared," he added. "And store up dried vegetables and stuff as well ...going to town will be risky," he added. Amy would be there, and she'd be looking for him. He knew that.
