Sage was more than happy to lay there for as long as they decided to....when Jora curled in a bit closer, a smile drifted onto his face while he rested, just very glad he had her there with him. It wasnt just because of their antics or anything...but they just clicked. She understood him in a way no one else did. He didn't have to explain anything to her. She jsut...understood it, and didn't mind helping him when he needed it or anything like that. She was patient. Kind. And he really couldn't be more grateful to her for deciding to stick with him. At her comment, he hummed softly with a sort of nod, still half asleep himself. "I'm not going anywhere anytime soon," he sort of msued after a moment, voice crackly with sleep. He didn't mind waiting. There wasn't anything of importance that needed to get done.

Jora’s eyes fluttered open at the sound of Sage’s voice, a soft smile tugging at her lips as she stretched, her body still warm and comfortably pressed against his. The way he spoke, so content and unhurried, made her heart swell in that quiet, peaceful way that only moments like these could create. She didn’t want to move, not yet—not when everything felt so simple and right. But after a moment, a playful glint sparked in her eyes as she gently nudged him, her voice light and teasing. "Well, in that case," she murmured, her fingertips brushing against his side, "how about I make us some breakfast? You know, since we have all the time in the world." She wasn’t in a rush to do anything, but she liked the idea of taking care of him—something simple, but meaningful. A quiet moment to match their easy rhythm. "Unless," she added, tilting her head with a small grin, "you have other plans? Though no more sex. I can't go another round"

Sage hummed softly when he felt her stretch, loosening his hold slightly so she could move around a little bit and then tightening it again once she'd settled down once more. When she mentioned breakfast, he nodded in agreement, grunting softly. "That sounds good," he mused. He'd probably be starving once he woke up a little more. Plus....he was excited to try more of her cooking. It really was good each time she made something. At her next comment though, he felt a lazy grin form on his face. "I don't think I could either," he mused lightly, with a slight chuckle. "I think breakfast sounds lovely," he added, patting her back gently after a moment or so, moving to stretch slightly, a small groan coming from his lips as his muscles protested the movement.

Jora smiled softly at the sound of Sage's quiet hum, feeling a warmth spread through her chest as he adjusted his hold on her. His grip was always so comforting, like he was grounding her in a way she didn't even realize she needed. When he responded to breakfast, she could practically hear the faint hunger in his voice. It made her chuckle softly, her fingers tracing gentle patterns on his arm. "Good," she replied with a small laugh of her own, already starting to think about what to make. "I’ll make sure it's something that’ll fill you up." Her smile grew as she felt the lazy grin spread across his face, her heart fluttering at the sight. "I’m glad we're on the same page about that," she teased, playfully shifting in his arms. His small groan as he stretched made her chuckle again, feeling the tension in his muscles. She gently massaged his shoulders, offering a little support. "Careful, you're still waking up."

Sage chuckled softly and nodded when she said she'd make something, a tired grin still splayed on his face. "Good," he mused. "As tasty as you are you're not very filling in that sense," he teased her, sort of releasing her a bit so she could get up when and if she wanted to. He wrinkled his nose slightly when she told him to be careful, huffing out a small "I'm fine," sort of grumble. He stilled though, and let her run his shoulders, since it did feel really quite nice. He knew she probably wouldn't just sit her and give him a shoulder or back rub for anything more than just a few moments, but he'd take it while she was there. He'd give her a massage later....they'd probably both be sore by now, after laying there and letting their muscles stiffen up. That was fine ...he didn't mind too much about it.

Jora smirked, raising an eyebrow at Sage's teasing comment, the corner of her mouth lifting in a slight grin. "Tasty, huh?" she said, her voice playful, but her eyes glinted with something more intense beneath the casual tone. "Maybe you just need a better appetite," she added with a wink, standing up as he released her, though the motion was slow and deliberate. She couldn’t help but chuckle softly when he grumbled about being fine. She knew he had a stubborn streak, but that didn’t mean she wouldn’t keep an eye on him. "I know you think you're invincible, but you’re not. Let me do this, alright?" Her hands moved gently along his shoulders, feeling the tension in his muscles. Her fingers applied just the right pressure, soothing the tightness she knew would only make him more irritable if left unchecked. She was aware he'd never admit to needing help, but she wasn’t here to argue. For now, she’d just enjoy this moment of quiet, knowing full well that once she stopped, he'd probably return the favor tenfold.

Sage chuckled softly and nodded. "Tasty," he agreed. "Though not very nutritious," he added in an amused tone of voice, sort of shifting on his side to face her as she stood up. His hair was loose, but he didn't mind much, not since he was in bed. Once he got up he'd put it up. He snorted when she spoke up about him being stubborn, mostly because her hands just felt so nice, and let himself flip over with a sigh, so she could reach his back. "Fine, but only if you let me spoil you later," he grumbled. In all honesty he was slightly relieved and definitely glad she'd decided to keep at it. Though, he'd never admit that to anyone.

Jora smiled, watching Sage as he shifted, his hair tousled and carefree, a look she found oddly endearing. His chuckle was soft, and she couldn’t help but feel a little warmth in her chest. "Not very nutritious, huh?" she teased lightly, though she could see the spark of humor in his eyes. She knew he was a bit of a health nut, but she also knew he enjoyed the indulgence just as much as anyone else. Her fingers traced lightly along his back, feeling the tension beneath his skin as he grumbled in mock annoyance. She couldn't help but let out a small laugh at his comment about spoiling her. "Spoil me later, huh? We’ll see about that," she said, her tone playful but soft. It was nice, being here with him, hearing his quiet sighs and feeling the subtle give of his muscles beneath her touch. She didn’t mind this—would never mind this. Jora could tell he was relieved, though she would never press him for the admission. His actions spoke louder than words, and the quiet comfort between them was more than enough.

Sage was more than willing to roll over for her ...the way her hands moved along his back, easing the tension he'd held in his muscles for years. Sure, he was a little sore from their whole three rounds before breakfast thing, but he'd been tense pretty well his whole life. He didn't really notice it much anymore, since it was just his baseline. So yeah, this felt....really nice. He was quite content to lay there and relax as she worked on him. He occasionally let out a grunt or a hiss or air when she hit a particularly knotted spot, but that was all a good thing. He was pretty happy about all of it, he knew that much. He'd let her massage him until her hands got tired or whatever, and then he'd make sure she stopped. He didn't want her to overdo it or anything. Plus ...they did need to eat at some point soon. But that was later. For now, they were both happy right where they were at.

Jora smiled softly as her hands moved over Sage's back, feeling the tension in his muscles slowly ease under her touch. It had always been something she enjoyed—helping him relax, taking care of him in small ways like this. There was something incredibly satisfying about knowing she could make him feel better, especially when he’d been carrying that weight for so long. She could feel the knots, each one a reminder of just how much he had been holding onto, both physically and emotionally. It was no wonder he’d been tense for years. But now, with each movement of her hands, she could sense him unwinding, becoming more pliable under her care. Her fingers traced over his back with a gentle but firm rhythm, working out the soreness, easing the tightness. She noticed the occasional grunt or hiss of pain, but she knew those sounds meant progress. He wasn’t used to being this relaxed, but she could tell it felt good to him. When he let out a quiet sigh, she couldn't help but smile a little wider, pleased that her efforts were having the desired effect. She kept the pressure steady, taking her time, savoring the closeness of the moment.
